From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach, which made it really convenient for morning walks and enjoying the sunset.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities you need for a relaxing stay. I particularly liked the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surroundings and a peaceful place to unwind.
One thing that stood out was the quality of the food. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes, both local and international, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were always happy to cater to special requests.

Very good villa. Kind and patient owner. We were happy to meet him and his beautiful villa. We recommend this villa for sure. If you like private comfort place to live that villa is for you. We wish all the best to Sameera 🙏 We have stayed here for a month. The house is clean. Kitchen is perfect. There are evytjing you need for living: dishes, towels, sheets, comfortable bed, sofa. Most of all we like veranda. It's super nice to sit there in the evening and just watching about listening to birds singing. It is very quiet place. You cand stay here with kids. The beach is near by. We are happy with our trip to Sri Lanka and huge thanks to Sameera and his wonderful villa for our comfort and save:)

Stayed at this cosy, well-priced hotel for a night. Clean spacious rooms with balconies. Manager was incredibly attentive and made great recommendations. Georgeous beach-face views - in proximity to both Hikkaduwa beach and Turtle beach. Has a PADI certified diving adjoining the hotel. Would recommend for anyone looking for decent budget accommodation.

Food was excellent , and accommodation was just average but we got a beach view which was really nice .

The worst hotel where I've ever been. Only restaurant is good, but rooms are dirty and there is mould. And view of balcony? you can see only roof, nothing more. Iam very disappointed of it. Who gave five stars to that "hotel" on this recension is dork or one of staff.

Good location - 5 minutes walk from the beach - and really kind and warm service.
This was our first hotel on our first trip to Sri Lanka, and it left a very warm impression. A modest small room for two, a tiny window behind bars and strange bed linen were not its strong point, but we found this place very atmospheric and cozy, with delicious breakfasts and everything we need, close to the beach, but at the same time surrounded by the jungle. On the third floor there is a large veranda and lines for drying clothes, on the first floor there is a shower to rinse off after the sea. The room had a safe, refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle. When it rained, the hosts thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas.
A five minute walk away is a beautiful beach with turtles. Shops, cafes and restaurants are also nearby, especially Red Lobster.
One of the inconveniences may be the railway running under the walls of the hotel, and the walls shake at night and several times a day from passing trains. But for a few days it seemed even romantic to us.
We would return to this hotel again.

The perfect accommodation for a relaxing stay in Hikkaduwa!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the beautiful beach and centrally located. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

We had a very large family room on the top floor. It was cool and spacious with very comfy beds, a safe for valuables, kettle cups, glasses and cutlery. Very useful!
It had a large and very effective fan as well as excellent aircon.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
The bathroom was amazing with hot and cold showers, great lighting and beautiful plants!
we had a private balcony with a sea view on the oneside and a shared balcony overlooking the railway tracks on the other. There were lots of fireflies!
the trains to go right past, and are noisy, briefly, but they were no problem to us! we enjoyed watching them!
All the shared areas were covered in plants and beautifully maintained.

Nice room and good location hotel. The room was clean enough but not perfect. The window overlooked a shared balcony, so for privacy, it had to be kept curtained most of the time. But there is a refrigerator.
There is a train track right next to the hotel and the train can be heard loud enough several times a day.
The hotel has an area with a beach shower, which was great and allowed you not to carry sand from the beach to your room. The breakfasts were good, but not very filling. You could choose what kind of breakfast you will cook the next morning from several options. The hotel also provides clean bottled water for a fee.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, it's across the street from the beach but far enough from the main road that it's nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good too. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also the manager is really nice and can arrange anything from tours to taxis. Overall we had a great stay.
