We just had 4 nights at the refresh hotel and we had a wonderful stay here, the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, always had a smile to greet you, nothing was any trouble to them, the rooms are exceptionally big, plenty of space, tea, coffee, water refilled everyday, in room safe, nice big bathroom with hot water. Highly recommend staying here

Reserved table for birthday and anniversary and was sat next to 10 drunk Russians. Totally ruined our night, piss poor management. Less than average food for the price. The grilled fish was a small piece of tuna and chips, we had double the amount for less money earlier the same day in Narigama Looks like they have sold out. Never again and dont recommend unless your a drunk Russian.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff fresh sea food and amazing location facing the sea. Good for families too. Quick service. If you go to Hikkaduwa for a change this restaurant is a must. You will never be disappointed.

A must visit... to this restaurant and bar. If you are in Hikkaduwa an excr6place on the beach to watch sunset and enjoy a drink and food. The tequila sunrise cocktail was on point. The gin was good. The devilled cuttle fish was excellent. A must visit I did not try the hotel

Chaturi was the greatest , she was so obliging, and even made us a tentative booking. Very kind, excellent service rooms were great with large bath. Food was good as well.as the price. Kudos to both ladies at the front desk excellent welcoming and great service. Chaturi kudos to you

We booked the family room for 1 day, we were told that we can use the pool in the night, but when we got there. The doors were locked and no access to the pool.there was water leaking from the AC and we were overcharged for our breakfast they charged Rs2000 for four people, and we ordered 3 extra potions of bacon and 8 sausages. Cost Rs3900 which is a total rip off. Very disappointing. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, which was the only good thing .
