Popped in for a drink, service a setting and view was so good we returned with friends for an evening meal. Lovely lighting sets the scene for a wonderful seaside meal. With the waves and gentle music working in partnership.
Food wow two dishes stood out the seafood curry and the squid. Both some of the best food we have had. If you find it drop in and give it a go.

This morning, we visited this amazing restaurant, and it was really fantastic. We had the cheese, tomato, egg, bacon sandwich so, so delicious, highly recommend ! We loved the place, especially because it’s close to the ocean with a perfect ocean view.
The staff was still cleaning when we arrived, which was fine, but what really concerned us was that when the person finished sweeping, they threw all the trash straight into the ocean. That’s just not okay. We really need to keep our ocean clean and care for our environment

Generous portions
Visited for a quick lunch and the experience was amazing. Friendly staff and the service was super fast. Not the best place for cocktails but fantastic food.

The place is nice. However we were expecting to have a calm outdoor dinner near in the beach. But there was no sitting option available in the beach. The Ocean is directly next to the restaurant.
The food was really good. Highly recommend their specials. Overall the vibe was nice. Music was good. Enjoyed the dinner.

Nice and friendly guesthouse with beautiful view of the sea. Good quality for a low price with some nice restaurants around with lovely fish. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and juice. What else can I wrote to get 200 characters??????????

They have very bad service. Takes ages to make food. They almost took 1.5 hours for us. Not recommended. Have few parkings which is the only good thing and the view is also nice.

The rooms are not cleaned and the charges for the rooms are quit expensive which won't match to the standard of the price. Some rooms locks are not working properly and some are broken. When it comes to the food it's so expensive and won't worth for the prices. Additionally they took so long to serve them and it's not hot and not yummy. It's a waste of money. The view of the ocean is good which is the only advantage in this hotel.

Good location - 5 minutes walk from the beach - and really kind and warm service.
This was our first hotel on our first trip to Sri Lanka, and it left a very warm impression. A modest small room for two, a tiny window behind bars and strange bed linen were not its strong point, but we found this place very atmospheric and cozy, with delicious breakfasts and everything we need, close to the beach, but at the same time surrounded by the jungle. On the third floor there is a large veranda and lines for drying clothes, on the first floor there is a shower to rinse off after the sea. The room had a safe, refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle. When it rained, the hosts thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas.
A five minute walk away is a beautiful beach with turtles. Shops, cafes and restaurants are also nearby, especially Red Lobster.
One of the inconveniences may be the railway running under the walls of the hotel, and the walls shake at night and several times a day from passing trains. But for a few days it seemed even romantic to us.
We would return to this hotel again.

The perfect accommodation for a relaxing stay in Hikkaduwa!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the beautiful beach and centrally located. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.

We had a very large family room on the top floor. It was cool and spacious with very comfy beds, a safe for valuables, kettle cups, glasses and cutlery. Very useful!
It had a large and very effective fan as well as excellent aircon.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
The bathroom was amazing with hot and cold showers, great lighting and beautiful plants!
we had a private balcony with a sea view on the oneside and a shared balcony overlooking the railway tracks on the other. There were lots of fireflies!
the trains to go right past, and are noisy, briefly, but they were no problem to us! we enjoyed watching them!
All the shared areas were covered in plants and beautifully maintained.

Nice room and good location hotel. The room was clean enough but not perfect. The window overlooked a shared balcony, so for privacy, it had to be kept curtained most of the time. But there is a refrigerator.
There is a train track right next to the hotel and the train can be heard loud enough several times a day.
The hotel has an area with a beach shower, which was great and allowed you not to carry sand from the beach to your room. The breakfasts were good, but not very filling. You could choose what kind of breakfast you will cook the next morning from several options. The hotel also provides clean bottled water for a fee.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, it's across the street from the beach but far enough from the main road that it's nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good too. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also the manager is really nice and can arrange anything from tours to taxis. Overall we had a great stay.
