Positives: Amazing location Beautiful nature Spacious room Additional bed request for my daughter (6 year old) was provided as a normal wooden bed with comfortable mattress Negatives: Nothing like the photos advertised Terrible facility management There is a flow of dirty water (and probably waste) to the beach from the area at the back of the hotel, they do not even care about it Breakfast is terribly poor, nothing to eat It is hard to call the hotel of the restaurant a proper “restaurant” Ordered a pizza from the restaurant on our first day because i was feeling too sick to go out, could not even get one bite from it The guy working in the beach area constantly trying to sell us massage Too many trash in the beach area, they dont even bother to clean Drinking water in the room is water manually filled in glass bottles, no idea about the source of the water Stinky pillows and sheets and towels, not even sure if they were clean No liquid soap in the bathroom of the room, one small piece of solid soap, like a piece cut from a large bar of soap Too many flies, even in the restaurant area, no action being taken to avoid them Very small hotel garden, garden walls covered in mold A hotel in such an amazing location could not have been managed worse than this!
