This place was by far the worst place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. To start with the bedding was dirty and itchy, the single bath towel they gave us was dirty, the door had a large gap which could someone could see through, the water was not running at all times, and when I tried to shower the valve broke off and a geyser of water gushed across the bathroom. Watch out for the huge wasp nest outside the front door.

Economy rooms.Food is okay but there are no many recipes available.There's a BBQ place at night.Surrounding view is not good.Water supply was cut one day.Therefore management is a bit lacking.

Our experience at the hotel was awesome. The hotel staffs were extremely friendly. Especially the hotel manager. They gave us tips and ideas on places to visit and activities to do during our stay in Nuwara Eliya. Also the management helped us a lot in arranging transportation and other services we wanted. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious. And the hotel view is spectacular. And there is a beautiful back garden. I would totally recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Nuwara Eliya.
