The hotel is so old, reception is very unprofessional they always seek money if you ask for a late check out they will say they don’t have and they will offer you half day check out (which will be half payment if your room ) and later they will say the hotel half day is only till 4pm and again they will try to charge you. Be careful with the tuktuk drivers outside the hotel scammers every where

No yf, I booked a room for 2 days. After staying for one night, I went to Galle with no room but a bag. I called the hotel and told them that I would wait until around 3 pm to pick up the bag and check out. I told the hotel that it was okay. They took my bag to the front desk for cleaning, but when I went to the hotel the receptionist asked me to pay an extra half day's room rate. I told them that I had called them, but they didn't know. In the end, I had to pay half a day's room rate before leaving!

The family listened to the advice, this family is really not good. It smelled like a toilet, there were no windows, no Wi-Fi, and no cell phone signal. There was really no signal at all. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said they couldn't change rooms and that there was no signal in every room. The toilet also leaked. . . .
