Highly recommended stay in Ella! We had an incredible experience with a group of 13, and the staff took exceptional care of every single one of us. Almost every room offers a stunning mountain view, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight—absolutely delicious!
What truly set them apart was their honesty and helpfulness. One of our friends accidentally left their wallet behind; the staff found it, called us immediately, and even couriered it to our next stop. Such amazing, polite, and friendly people.

You should totally stay here in Ella! We had an amazing time with our group of 13, and the staff really took care of everyone. Most rooms have awesome mountain views, and it's super close to the city center, just a short walk. Plus, the free breakfast was delicious!

On a bend many steps to hotel. Hotel can help with bags. Large family room good beds. Shower took ages to heat but good. Great upstairs social verandah

I truly loved the view from our hotel room: verdant mountains, birdsong, and the soothing sound of a nearby stream — it really felt like being in the heart of nature. The receptionist and two staff members kindly carried all six of our suitcases up several flights of stairs to our rooms. Overall, everything was excellent.

Our stay at Ella Rock Heaven was truly special. The property offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, a panorama that accompanied us at every moment and made the experience even more magical.
The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk from the center, perfect for reaching restaurants, little shops, and the main spots in Ella without giving up the peace of the area.
The staff is kind, helpful, and always smiling. We felt warmly welcomed and supported with every little need, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The cleanliness is excellent as well: tidy, well-kept rooms that made us feel comfortable right away.

The location is fabulous, very short walk to central Ella, beautiful views from the room and deck, and upstairs terrace. I had a cooking lesson with the chef Herath which was awesome, all the friendly staff joined in. The room was simple and clean. Wifi was not always good.

It's hard to find fault in a place you stay for $25 US dollars that includes a great breakfast and free water. The rooms were simple, bed was comfortable, included a large floor fan to keep you cool. Traditional bathroom where the floor turns into a wading pool after you shower. The staff was very friendly and helped with questions we had about the area. It's a good place to sleep and shower.

Excellent view and outstanding customers service. Special thanks to MR Jaleel . Only issue is parking but I think this will sorted out in very near future. Can recommend to others as well

Loved our stay at Ella View. The people were amazing and couldn't do enough. The view over Ella Gap is beautiful and it's a great place to wake up and watch the monkeys play in the treetops. Lots of stairs to get there and rooms are adequate. Food wonderful.
