Stunning views, freezing rooms ⚠️
The hotel is located in a quiet area, with rooms offering beautiful views of the mountains, the lake, and a breathtaking sunrise — and that's where the positives end.
⚠️ The hotel enforces a strict 15-liter hot water limit per room per day! With my long hair, this amount was completely insufficient. The room was extremely cold, and I was freezing throughout my entire stay in Nuwara Eliya. Despite wearing warm clothes, I caught a cold and still feel unwell.
On the positive side, the manager is incredibly kind and responsive. He kindly allowed us to use the kitchen to prepare breakfast and was always happy to answer any questions.
Overall, my experience was bittersweet. I absolutely loved Nuwara Eliya itself, but my stay at this hotel left me frozen, sick, and disappointed.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for exploring Nuwara Eliya. Great value for money — would definitely recommend!

Was clean ad affordable hotel , the bed and the room was very huge

We didn't like the hotel. It was beautiful, but the room was very cold, the bed was wet, there was someone else's dark hair in the linen. There were huge water stains on the floor. They asked for an extra 2,000 rupees for a heater. It was impossible to sleep - it was damp, the wind was whistling from the mountains, the old wooden windows let in the cold. There was hot water, but there were rules for use there too)
They promised a view of the mountains, but in the end all the windows were barred, you couldn't see anything. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, we were never able to use it. The staff doesn't speak English, only the owner.
We don't recommend the hotel and don't understand where so many good reviews come from.

Good hotel, great location, very convenient - Gregory and Victoria parks nearby, everything within walking distance; in the hotel, in addition to the room, there is a common area where you can comfortably settle down and relax.
The room window overlooks the entire valley of the city of Nuwara Eliya.
I stayed in this hotel for five days.
Very comfortable, quiet and calm!

The location is good, close to the center of Nuwara Eliya.
You can enjoy mountain views, and the rooms are clean.
However, one major problem is the shower. There is not much hot water, so guests are required to take a minimum shower.This was a pain.

Great place in nuwera eliya city. Hospitality of owner and staffs also very friendly. Can enjoy the super view here

What a cool place ! Literally short and sweet ! The staff is very humble and friendly.Also the price is very reasonable for what you get.Highly recommended for the budget travellers who are willing to have a home like stay.

One of the best Place in Nuwaraeliya within the same segment. Manager Shifan’s hospitality is great and made our stay pleasant, highly recommended
