This was a bit of a unique private hotel. Very friendly and hospitable. Everything was done to make everyone comfortable, but the place is a little run down, mouldy and dusty... Pool and dining area very clean, and rooms nice. Great views. Breakfast served is very pleasant but dinner not so great - but very convenient and well priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it unless you are a clean freak....

I hate to stay at this villa .. The view was very nice but the owner of this villa was very bad .. he is stay at the same villa .. there is only one worker .. there are Insects / pits / cockroaches ... I will never book this villa and I don't recommend this villa at all ..
Staff Workers were a bunch of weed junkies who will not attend to your any need unless you ask for it 1000 times. View and the cleanliness is ok. Food was raw and not edible. Really disappointed.
The owner of this hotel was extremely friendly and happy to cater for our needs. The rooms are nice (you get what you pay for) with great views over the city. The omelettes that they make for breakfast were delicious!
Very quiet hotel, way up high in the hills above Kandy. The bonus is that you get a lot of peace and quiet and a nice swim in the pool after the chaos of Kandy itself.
It's impossible to walk anywhere from here, but a tuk-tuk into town is cheap and takes 10 minutes. The staff in the hotel and very helpful and are always available to organise transport and suggest places to visit.

Nice place with mini clean pool. Good meals. Some portions are small for the price. Service good.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Great view and cooperative staff. Though, there were just two guys doing all the stuff from cooking to taking care of the garden, the pool and cleaning the entire house. They are excellent but I think the owner Mr Mahinder should not make them overwork. I really, really hope they are well paid and don't feel overworked. The chef is excellent and so is the manager cum housekeeper. The stars for them and deduction for the owner.
