I sent a reservation request on Freedreams to them, they declined it, without reason. I double checked the availability of rooms on both of freedreams, and on the hotels own website, and they clearly have free rooms (both north facing and south facing) for my timeslot. Then I wrote a polite a request to check if my request was refused by mistake, but I got a short, kind of impolite answer, stating that they "have the right to decline". Very disappointing experience so far.

The simple and friendly greeting by all staff I encountered daily made this hotel feel special. Great location, excellent maintained and furnished hotel and just a comfortable place to spend are some of my reasons for my 5 star rating. Breakfast was above expectations each morning due to the variety and freshness.

A hidden gem
The stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing as well. Mountains and a waterfall!
The balcony door was interesting, it was a door, tilt window as well as window. I thought that was cool.
One suggestion that I may
Give is to have a bug screen or net for the
Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room.
We went during hot temperatures, but it was not that hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in rooms and no fans if you need when it gets hot.
Hotel provided breakfast was amazing. Very elegant dine in experience and huge variety and it was included free!
This hotel is close to a waterfall, 20 mins that you can get to easily. The hotel is newly built and everything is new and great conditon, organized bathrooms in small place.
Front desk, Frederick was very helpful. He helped us order food when we got there late
And to top it off, there is a halal restaurant with gyros, chicken wraps and pizza all halal. Very nice Syrian couple run the restaurant. Food was great.

This hotel is a real green, staff are kind amiably and efficient, feels like a family hotel, about 40 rooms, rooms nice and cozy, food outstanding, we booked the half board deal and have enjoyed each and every bite Amazing incredible views from the room Spa is really nice, in the hotel patio, has a jacuzzi operated by a token (5 CHF) last for 15 minutes emptied and sanitized after each use, wet and dry sauna An amazing experience!

Wow! An unexpected gem of a hotel which is decorated to a very high standard indeed. Large room with balcony on the side of the hotel with views of town and mountains. It also had an immaculate bathroom - our only disappointment was that we were not staying for more than one night as we were walking the Via Alpina and moving on. Staff here were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We ate in the restaurant and had the set meal which was fine dining to say the least. They have a first class chef here and we thought the fixed price menu was excellent value. Serving staff were friendly and obliging and enhanced the dining experience. Would most definitely stay here again if we return to Adelboden (we have stayed in other hotels on previous occasions). Breakfast was of excellent quality and variety and my husband even fried his own eggs on the little stove they provide for the purpose! Can't recommend this hotel enough! Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Wellness room was a very nice option to have.
