Alpen Resort & Spa in Zermatt

My stay experience was not very pleasant
First, the room was not cleaned properly,there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
Second, the lady at the front desk was very indifferent and unfriendly, and also seemed lazy (she had long hair tied back and a long face, a young woman).
Third, she not only failed to offer a sincere apology but instead argued that the issue couldn’t be resolved because I didn’t allow anyone to re-enter the room for cleaning (my habit when staying at hotels is that I don’t need housekeeping, just additional towels and slippers). However, I believe she could have at least offered a genuine apology.
Later, since the hotel was fully booked and I had to move out, I asked if she could arrange for the hotel car to take me to another nearby hotel, but she refused, saying that the hotel policy only allows drop-offs at the train station. (I wonder, is poor room cleaning also part of hotel policy? That’s way too impersonal.) However, after getting into the car, the driver was very warm and ended up taking me to the hotel I needed to go to.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews for hotels, but because of this lady’s indifference and lack of professionalism, I have decided to file a complaint about this hotel.
No skiing room service in this hotel，its not convenient for go to skiing！
