My stay at hotel Arca Solebad & Spa made my trip to Zermatt worthwhile! I was close to supermarkets and close enough to the railway station. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool, saunas, and steam rooms really made this a must stay. Everything was clean and tidy as well as quiet at night! Would definitely stay here again!

Truly, the most wonderful place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed, the information we needed, clean amenities, and the BEST service possible. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable at all times and this made us feel at home while being far, far away from home. The spa had a calming and modern feel in addition to having the best masseuse ever. I cannot offer greater recommendations 😊

We had a lovely time here - the hotel was kind enough to allow an early check in. The Sauna and pool facilities are larger than expected and tucked underground where the ski closets are. There is a separate elevator right to the ski closets. The room was large and there’s even a small kitchenette to facilitate meals in the room. The bus stop is right outside and leads you to the rest of the town.

The upgraded view of Matterhorn was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The massage was a great relaxation. The pool, saunas, and steam rooms really made this a must stay. Every night after hiking we enjoyed the steam rooms and robes and slippers provided. Everything was clean and tidy as well as quiet at night! Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay here with my family. The location is perfect in that it is close to the train station and town but away enough that it is quiet and not super congested. Our room was amazing with a great view from the balcony. I recommend booking a room with a view of the Matterhorn because in the morning on a clear day you can see the sun shine on the top. The Kitchenette was also very helpful especially because the Denner supermarket is steps away. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was great with a variety of cheeses offered. We also went to the pool and sauna and it was nice that they provided robes, towels, and slippers, for each person included in the room. The pool was amazing and the sauna/steam room was great too. We also realized that you are expected to go to the sauna naked even though it is mixed genders which surprised us! All around an amazing experience which made us really regret not staying in Zermatt longer.
