The bed was great, good views and spacious bedroom area.

We booked the Victoria Eden, but were put up at the Beau Site. It's an old, cramped place; you have to climb into the bathtub to shower, the paint on the bathroom radiator is peeling, and part of the balcony floor is cracked. Apart from the reception staff, no one greets you. We left after just one night, but had to pay for two. A disgrace for Adelboden!

Breakfast consisted of poor quality products; single portion in plastic, limited selection and not renewed. Spacious and clean room despite outdated equipment and broken blinds. The bedding was okay, but worn. The staff was pleasant.

I strongly advise against this establishment.
It doesn't deserve a 9/10 rating.
The hotel is outdated, as is the furniture.
Cleanliness isn't their strong point, whether in the room or the bathroom; the bath linens looked like rags (not fresh).
The breakfast was unpretentious.
I'd rather stop there so as not to further undermine this hotel.

I arrived in the early morning of May 20th and it was dark so I couldn't see anything, but I could only admire it when I looked out the window in the morning. I think it will be a truly unforgettable sight. The accommodation is too clean to be considered a 3-star hotel, and the bedding is so cozy that I only stayed there for one night. It's such a pity. When will I be able to go again?;; I went through a travel agency, but I want to visit again on my own next time. It was an unforgettable night in my life.

The hotel is at a great location with a supermarket nearby and only a short distance to the cable car. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a ski room which has dryers for your boots, so that they are perfectly dry for the next day. The provided breakfast is great with many options.

Not sure whether the owner has changed in the meantime, previous reviews not really understandable for me. Price-performance ratio is not right in my opinion.

Double room CHF 300.- per night (for two people for a midweek stay, so also quite proud by Swiss standards). Room not according to the price: furniture old, mattresses probably even older, spacious, but a "brush up" would be more than necessary. Everything a bit "half-assed". Old, dried up plants in pots on the balcony (??). Breakfast buffet poor, not fresh, small selection. For this price, I definitely have different expectations.

View and location great, staff nice.
