The hotel is located alongside the main street of the village and is reached within a couple of minutes from the railway station. The guest room is simply furnished but clean and full of tradition. The breakfast buffet is freshly prepared and very tasty.

Horrible value for money - never felt so unwelcome
Positives: clean rooms, great location in city centre
Negatives: dated rooms; basic outfittings; staff is untrained and extremely unfriendly (except the cleaners); if you want your towels changed they charge 30CHF; checkin closes at 4pm, bathroom fan VERY loud and non-functional.
We just hated every minute, mainly because we were treated with such condescension….

Vanessa, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded without prior notice. The location is fantastic as well! The breakfast was nothing special. The restaurant had good soup.

I have come many times to have lunch at the hotel, it was always a very good experience, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices and everything very clean. The last time I went on 12/28/25 it was horrible.We ordered a fondue and a fish and chips, the potatoes were frozen, the bread was not fresh and it took them 1 hour to give us the food. What a disappointment, it was my favorite place but something happened that the quality of the place went down. a shame

Great family boutique hotel in an excellent location, just in the main middle of town. The Room was large for one person and spotless, had all the amenities more then I needed. Just 5 min walk from Gstaad train station, in the center of the main street, near everything. Breakfast was the tasty and fresh, warm drinks to warm up everyday before going out to a snowy day :-) Bottom line - A high Swiss quality of hospitality, It was great visiting Gstaad and staying at Sporthotel Victoria. I truly recommend 11/10 :-)

Great location, right in the city centre and close to all good restaurants. Free parking on site for 4 vehicles. Public transport is at walkable distance. Staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. Their restaurant is one of the good restaurants in the area. Our 10 month old baby was taken well care of. Decent breakfast menu for the area. An extremely well deserved 5 stars.

We have been so happy with hotel Victoria. It’s located at the heart of Gstaad a few meters from the train station. It’s been totally renovated and the rooms are modern and comfortable indeed, provided with TV, safe box, toiletries, desk, closet and cute bathroom. The hotel is equipped with an excellent restaurant and ski room. The staff is the sweetest. We want to mention Celia, Lucia and Francesco!! The relation between prize and quality is excellent and we will definitely be back.

If you want to spoil your vacation- you can book this hotel Worst hotel, worst staff, vomit breakfast, rooms like washroom and washroom don’t ask. These people will harass you if you go with the family. This is the worst hotel i have visited in my life. They asked us to book room for 1 year old as the baby will use there bed and washroom( said by the owner) No hotel policy( written anywhere) Please guys beware of the hotel they will loot you extract money from you by making there own policy
