Stayed a night here whilst on a driving holiday. Hotel was really clean and well kept. Plenty of car parking. We had a buffet style evening meal which was good. Also breakfast was good, with all the usual choices. Would stay again if we went back to Basel.

The hotel itself is showing its age, and the room facilities are old, but the triple room we stayed in was very large, and the beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying, and the bar on the lobby floor was appealing. The location is very close to the highway, making access excellent, and the large car park is well-equipped, so we were satisfied.

Reasonable price, restaurant was quite good but hotel looked bit tired, only one lift was working while we were there.

We were upgraded, which was quite a nice surprise. Check in was very easy, reception was very friendly. Room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also very convenient to the train station but also shopping areas. Breakfast was the only criticism- the food was fresh but for the price, I would have appreciated a few more warm options.

Modern and Trendy A lovely modern hotel in the heart of Basel. The room was large with lots of nice touches such as a free minibar. Despite being near a number of bars and clubs we found the soundproofing excellent.

This hotel is located in a strategic area. Convenient public parking is available, and the city center is less than 10 minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for both families and business travelers.

This is my family and Friends first time staying in Basel. And my family is very happy to stay at this hotel. The staffs, front counter, Alex and etc, they are great 👍🏻 and welcoming to us. The location of the hotel was good. The size of our room was good. It was clean. The internet was used very limited. This was a bit annoying.

The overall experience was good, and the breakfast was great. It was hot, very hot. The temperature was extremely high those days, and most hotels there didn't have air conditioning, and the refrigerators weren't very effective. I had to sleep with the doors and windows open, but luckily there were no mosquitoes.

There is a tram stop in front of the hotel. Coop. It is 200 meters away from congress. It is very convenient for me to attend a conference. The only inconvenience is that the hotel elevator cannot be used during the stay. Fortunately, the hotel waiter (male) can help carry the luggage upstairs.

The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. We stayed in a room with an elevator view. I would recommend getting the street or river view so that a window can be opened.

This was a great hotel well located near the station with a good room and quiet. The hotel and staff were both great and we had a pretty average but fine dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was fairly standard fare but it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Basel is a lovely place to visit

Decent hostel that was cheaper than the others in Basel. i was expecting less tbh. Staff were good and let me check in early. Location is close enough to the train station and buses run nearby. Dorms were ok. there were lockers but no privacy curtains. kitchen was reasonable. not much of a common area and i didn't see anyone socialising.

The front desk staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available for an additional charge. The room itself was very quiet and included a private locker, clean washing facilities, and a separate bathroom.

They provide free towels upon request, and it was cleaner than I expected, and not bad. However, the lack of heating made it so cold at night that I had to wear a padded jacket to sleep.
