The food was excellent. We had the Chicken breast saltimbocca with dried ham, tomato-basil-jus, sautéed vegetable and risotto and the Roasted calf’s liver, port wine sauce, sweet potato blini, sauteed zucchini, apple slices. For the desert we had the delicious Valaisanne . You must for sure try the Heida wine, when you’re there.
The service was great and we would for sure come back when we’re again in Saas Fee.
Very good service, the staff was also attentive to food intolerances.

Only negative was my salmon wasn’t cooked enough for my liking, 5mm cooked bit on all sides and rest raw, I was too tired to send it back.
