The hotel has no doorman, and the luggage is pulled in by yourself, and the attitude towards Chinese guests is very, very bad. Because the hotel is remote and there is no place to eat around, we booked Thai food for the next night with the front desk. The front desk said that the 8:30 to 10 o'clock time has been reserved, and there is only a 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock time, but you must arrive at 6 o'clock, and you can't arrive at the restaurant after 6 o'clock. Communicate with her to go to Jungfrau, can you arrive at the restaurant around 6:15, and the reply is no. It's so funny, is there any difference between dining from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock and dining from 6:30 to 8 o'clock?
The buffet breakfast area is full of empty tables, without any cutlery or tablecloths on the tables. After sitting down, there was no waiter for a long time and no waiter could be found.

When booking, the Ctrip page showed 5 diamonds, which was defined as a luxury hotel. When I actually checked in, I found that the hotel was a four-star hotel. From facilities to services, it is N levels away from the 5-diamond luxury hotel defined by Ctrip's rating. Even a four-star hotel does not meet the requirements. Can it be defined as a luxury hotel just by Lake Thun?

Within 36 hours, Ctrip changed 5 customer service staff, and the communication was not smooth at all. As an old customer of Ctrip for nearly 20 years, I was very disappointed. This time, the business class round-trip air tickets, the five-star hotels throughout the journey, and the chartered cars throughout the journey were all booked on Ctrip for this trip to Switzerland. The cost is already sky-high, but I don’t want to express in words the way Ctrip handles problems. I suggest that everyone should not choose Ctrip in the future. Because of the rain, the itinerary was changed temporarily, and the hotel was booked now. Because of this issue, a total of three people at the front desk argued with us, and their attitudes were firm. It was raining outside, it was dark, and the spa was gone. We paid a lot more than others, in exchange for two very, very ordinary rooms, and a total of 10,000 RMB, in exchange for this very unsatisfactory stay experience.
I want to say that if I can book your hotel, then I can afford it, but your staff did not show the most basic respect and service spirit for customers at all, which made me very disappointed and angry. We did not enjoy any joy and relaxation of the vacation, but instead remembered the tough and aggressive attitude and argumentative faces of the staff of this hotel.
