The room was large and clean, with two bathrooms, suitable for family trips or extended stays. Cooking was allowed. It was very clean and excellent value for money. I look forward to my next trip to Geneva and will definitely book again.

This hotel apartment is perfect. It's located on the second row by the river, very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped, with a kitchen, automatic tea and coffee maker, and even a photo printer! There are two bathrooms. The service is excellent, and parking is convenient with a private underground parking garage.

This apartment is highly recommended, especially for families. The rooms are fully equipped with kitchenware. Breakfast is delivered to the room daily. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Lake Geneva for a stroll.

5/5 on all aspect of the stay. Looking forward to many future stays!

However - the hotel’s reception is only manned until 7pm. This means going to the metropole hotel which is 5 mins by car to check in. Restaurant comment : Beautiful restaurant just above the lake in the center of Eaux-Vives Park. The food is as expected, impeccable, but the narrowed portions and high prices left us doubtful. The terrace was half empty on a sunny saturday of July. Still a wonderful place to go to treat yourself on occasions with the view.

My husband and I had our civil wedding ceremony, a cocktail and dinner here in January 2024. It was amazing to have this all in one place, the food and drinks were great. We had anglophone and francophone guests, so they let us choose individual meals for everyone and print the menus in the requisite languages. Nice park where sight seeing tour buses stop during city tours. Lush lawns and great views.

Nice hotel, very clean. The design of the rooms and lobby is excellent. Location is great with good shops near by. Complimentary water is nice considering how expensive bottled water is to buy. However the on-site parking is a joke. We were delayed by nearly 40 minutes because the receptionist was unable to move the car parked behind us. Give that it's 20CHF to use the parking better service is expected...

The room was great, kitchen was very useful, it has a fast check-out option which you throw your room card in the box and leave. If you need to leave early you don't need to worry about losing time. It's close to the transportation. Only problem is it's in the red light district, so it might not be the best for families or solo female travelers.

The room (studio), which we stayed in for 3 nights, was quite clean, but the floor was a bit worn out and it looked as if it hadn't been washed. The bed was very comfy and the kitchenette had everything one might need - plates, cups, cutlery, a microwave oven and a small fridge. The location is very good as you can reach the train/ bus/ tram station in a matter of minutes and go everywhere in the city...

reception was very very perfect!

Great service when I checked in.

It's okay I guess but I wouldn't come back Nice receptionnist, good location, clean room but hairs in the shower. Shower is inside the room and just separated by a curtain. Toilets are in kind of a plastic box. Not what I expected for that price. Beds and lining were okay thoug.

Property is quite affordable in a great location transport is easy self check in is an option clean and decent small shower in the room. Only downside is sharing a toilet with about 4 other rooms.

The property accomdated the 3 of us perfectly. Lots of space, comfortable beds and good facilities. Would have happily have stayed longer.

It was great except for the shower suddenly stopping. The location was also very close to the tram so I was able to ride it safely.

Great location! Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to room was nice! VERY centrally located which was great! Very warm had to ask for second fan because too loud to leave window open. Not the property’s fault it was a heat wave.

This is a very convenient hotel with a kitchenette and two fridges. A block to the lake and a few blocks to the train station, a lot of great restaurants, convenient stores, coop stores in the neighborhood. The breakfast was sent to the room with all options available, which comes with delicious fresh fruits. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unassuming pleasant utilitarian stay. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Amazingly convenient location close to anywhere you would want to go. The facilities are extremely limited, but the staff go all out to make up for it. Entrance is confusing; reception is on the third floor above an unassuming sandwich shop. There are no staff on site after 10 PM.
