Clean and with an outside bathroom

Everything was perfect, except the door to the second-floor toilet/bathroom needs fixing, and there's a shutter I couldn't close. It's a shame the toilet is in the same room as the bathroom. The bedding is great, except for the pillow.

The location is very good, 6 minutes walk from the train station, where there are many supermarkets and food. It is 2 stops away from the old town, which is very lively. You can also walk to the lake. The facilities are average, but the service staff is very good. We live on the 2nd floor. Although there is only one bathroom and bath, there are not many residents. Don't forget to ask for a transportation...

I was worried at first because of the check in system but after some time they send me instructions for the late check in and it was smooth. The building is a little bit old but it has his own style. The only thing that I don't like was when we were about to check out the elevator got broken, there's no staff to ask if it can operate or not.

For the price it's fine. The bed is narrow for two people, but it's very clean and well located.

Very expensive, but overall it's ok for one night. There's a washbasin in the room. There's a shower and toilet on the floor. There's a kettle and a toaster on the first floor. Wi-Fi works great.

Stayed here due to a family member’s stint at the University Hospital nearby. We’ve stayed here several times over the last several years. It’s a smaller hotel, not a chain. It’s a great location with short walk to the vielle ville and shopping, great restaurants etc. The hotel has parking and big rooms. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located nearby the university hospital, the cause of my visit. The personal is extremely traditional in service and effectiveness. The hotel is very comfortable and we had a good experience there! The location wasn’t as I was expecting, however, it was very central so we were able to walk to a lot of different places, specially if you are traveling by bus to other cities! Overall, it was worth the price, nothing fancy but comfortable!

It is a nice and quiet hotel. Our room was comfortable and had access to a cute garden. It is not located in the city center but it is very well connected (both to the city center and to the airport), and you can reach Carouge on foot, a neighborhood that is really worth visiting. And last but not least, the staff was just superb: thank you very much for your attention and care.

Central and very quiet Although located in town and next a road, it is a very quiet place at night, as there is practically no traffic after work hours. I slept like a baby ... :-)

Late check in was automated and easy with our conf #. Stayed in Room 16. Room was good size and well appointed. A couple of shops abd places to eat are very close by. Housekeeping was excellent. Would stay here again.

Rooms are fine. I had one that was in the attic so it was a bit tight for space. Didn't really see much of the staff around. The reception seemed mostly empty. The downstairs restaurant was very good although you should expect high prices.

Charming and classy restaurant in the middle of the pittoresque village of Confignon. It's close to the airport and from CERN. Food is delicious, just sophisticated enough to be surprising without being overpriced. Service was pleasant and efficient.I highly recommend it.

Right opposite the station and on the second floor- it could do with a sign on the lift indicating where reception is! Fantastic location just opposite the main central train station. It was very convenient and I would stay there again if I were to return to Geneva. The city is very expensive however the hotel was very reasonably priced yet in such a good location.

The location of the hotel was great and we were able to check in early which was very handy. The positioning of the room was the let down, sound proofing the rooms would have been the game changer here. It wasn’t just guests who were loud, we could hear the staff members too.

Nice little hotel right in the hart of Genève. Very affordable and airco was not needed even on the very hot days I was there.

This old-style architecture, mid-range hotel is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. It is centrally located where you can have everything, as in everything, at a stone’s throw away. The hotel is excellently located. One step out of the door turn left and left again and wonderful photo opp if the Lake Geneva Fountain. Great restaurants within walking distance in all directions. Nice room, but on the outskirts of Geneva, in what seems industrial area, ok for 1 night so we was close to the airport.

I received my room details and access codes very late in the day, however, all worked well. I had a very comfortable room and the sector is very calm at weekends. A great hotel for easy access to the top name watch manufacturers if you have to visit.

Well first of all I was really disappointed after the hotel staff told me that the booking was only for two adults and did not include my child and then they asked me to pay for extra bed for my child. I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated three person booking paid with triple suites but she still refused to check us in and said manager is not allowing her to check us in. This one is hard to rate. Before booking, I contacted Ctrip to confirm if the suite could accommodate two children, and they said yes. They let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.

Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The location is superb, very close to the airport, with the #10 bus going directly there. There are also buses to the city center. They often forget to replenish toilet paper or other supplies after cleaning, and the front desk service is indifferent.
