Friendly front desk staff. Clean and spacious room

Provide bed sheet to cover yourself without the duvet because using that cover makes it very hot. And set the A/C fan manual for the client.

Internet worked well. Not many shops nearby but several main bus routes were so easy to get places.

Great hotel well managed all around. Just far enough from downtown and facing park /lake to feel a world apart yet so well connected to everything by bus just in front.

This was a wise choice for us. Easy to navigate once you figured out local transit. The hotels distribute free local transport packages.

The room was old as hell. The hotel needs total renovation. The stuff was helpful and welcoming. Easy check in. The view from the room was on a small square. In general, it should be cheaper for what you get.

The room was clean, the key was cute, the front desk clerk was very friendly and patient, there was wifi, but no air conditioning. It happened to be a hot day, so I didn't get a good rest.

I spent two weeks in Geneba at Hôtel Eden, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean, the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The only thing that could perhaps be improved: I wish there had been more vegan options for breakfast.

Hotel Eden and its associated restaurant were both outstanding finds at this price range. A 10 minute walk to downtown, quiet and clean rooms. The Caramela served fabulous food. A great apartment hotel, located very close to the old town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an elevator and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook.

I like the design of the room which toilet, bath and washing basin sink are seperated, so three of us can save some times for cleaning and bath. The room was a bit small, but for this price in Geneva, it's incredibly cheap! It was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The Balexert shopping center across the street is super convenient if you need anything. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

A very basic hotel, good for a short stay near the airport. Clean and sound proof room, big shopping mall with super markets and food options across the street. Your may borrow a kettle or a hair blower at the reception depending on availability.

It is an ideal place if you want to stay close to the airport for your flight, but you want to visit the city. It must be one of the closest hotels to the airport and it has a very convenient free shuttle bus with very frequent schedules.

Nash Pratik is very convenient for both the airport and the railway station. The shuttle bus works well if you don’t feel like the 15 minute walk. It’s always spotlessly clean and the check in staff are very friendly and efficient.

Super close to the airport with a free shuttle. It's a great spot to relax before a flight, especially if you have an early departure. The room has everything you need: coffee, tea, a TV, and toiletries. Good value for money too!

The hotel is located in a very quiet and central area, very close to Cornavin train station, which makes traveling to and from the airport very easy (8-minute journey). The staff are very friendly. I should note that they didn't reply to some of the emails I sent.

The first room they gave me was so small that I could not fit my luggage in. They changed for a bigger one, but they charged me 25 Euros to do it. Dissapointed.

The location is fantastic, very close to Geneva's main train station – just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The environment is also excellent, very quiet as it's in a residential area, not right on a busy street.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise. Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

I’m very satisfied with the hotel. The service was caring and friendly, and the lobby of the hotel was designed fashionably. For the room, everything was wonderful. I slept very well. There was a coffee machine in the room. There are a lot of fantastic restaurants around. And the location is very close to the train station. Besides, they also provide storage luggage service for free. Nice trip!

It's well located for exploring Geneva. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Otherwise, it's good value for money.

This night was extremely unsatisfactory. I had traded for a much more expensive room, but to my surprise, I didn't sleep well. Compared to the previous night, I was only given one pillow, and the bedding was thick and hot, with a heavy quilt. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep.

It was very vary cold around 0 degrees outside and the heater was broken for two days. I didn’t sleep well . I almost changed the hotel. It’s also very old so don’t expect something wow.

Very close to the center of town at a reasonable price. Room was clean and had good provisions. But only one espresso and one cappuccino cup not good if you have 2 people. Cappuccino machine and fridge were great. Maybe a kettle for tea and some more cups and glasses would be good.

The room was of a good size with 2 shower rooms there were 3 adults sharing so this cam in handy. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and very close to the centre just a 5 minute walk.

If you are looking for a nice environment with great connections to the inner city of Geneva, this is the place to go! Neat rooms and friendly staff.

Simple, no frills room. Comfortable enough for 3 nights. We had an en suite and the ‘bathroom’ was very tiny - as in 1 person at a time max. So I wouldn’t suggest the en suite rooms for bigger people. The 4 stars is because I think a fridge would be the only addition to the room I’d want to see.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The area and scenery was lovely, and was only 10 mins away from the tram that takes you to town. The room for my family was clean tidy and all around brilliant! The gardens were very well maintained. The manager was very helpful when we asked for directions and for places to eat.

Just returned from a few days at Le Cenacle, the hotel was lovely, clean and staff friendly. The location is great for the city centre with a tram stop less than 5 minute walk. Or alternatively a walk to city centre is 20mins. Rooms are a good size and showers big with tea and coffee facilities. Grounds are beautifully kept

A hidden gem in Geneva - this guesthouse was our home away from home for two full weeks. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The surroundings are quiet, green and conveniently located. We had a really wonderful experience. Thank you, Alain, for hosting us!

This was a unique property in former house in a residential neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was large and everything was up to date. Nice breakfast included as was on site parking. Nice personal service from the owner. Public transit nearby and tickets were included.
