Our stay at Les Amures Hotel was a joy. The location, central in the old town with a restaurant underneath, was unexpectedly quite and restful. The rooms were cosy and delightful, the staff pleasant, professional and generous. The breakfasts were wonderful, a delight. We can full recommend Les Amures and would stay again when in Geneva.

This hotel is a really cozy hotel in the middle of Geneva, with a short trip to many places and the lake Geneva. The whole thing is very homey and everything is small but tasteful. The breakfast buffet was not overly full but included various fresh foods and a healthy variety of things to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, walking distance to everywhere. It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which eliminates the need for taxi Uber, etc... The rooms are a bit small and it's hard to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Other than that, everything was great 👍

Extremely clean hotel with great service and a very nice breakfast. The beds are comfortable, and the large underground parking spot is a big plus. Easy access to the town center by tram makes the location even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay – definitely recommend!

This hotel is good for cheap travel. The bathroom is small and feels cheap (the walls of it are as thin as they get). The shower, separated from the toilet feels similar. On the positive side, the beds are resistant and they do clean the room every day.

The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old. I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back.

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. The service was normal. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Also, it is far from the lake. Please consider carefully if you want to see the lake view.

This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! This is the first time I've stayed in a 7,000 yuan hotel without heating. I've learned a lot.

Hotel’s close to bus station.

The drains in the sink and bathroom were extremely slow. The hotel had one large and one small bed; the room was decent, and the two large windows were quite comfortable. The hotel was two bus stops from the train station, and then a 200-meter walk from there. Next time, if I have large luggage, I would definitely choose a hotel near the train station.

The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, but the service is really bad. I asked for a room that was not stable, and I had to negotiate with Ctrip for a long time, and they even had to pay extra to change the room. It is an old-fashioned hotel with air conditioning.

I am driving. The so-called 'parking' facility is public parking with completely no relationship with the hotel. So the price of parking in the hotel facility description is totally wrong! The car parking description should be described as 'parking in nearby public carpark and price unknown.' Otherwise, the hotel is central to everything.

Very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. It's a shame that you do not acruee any Hilton Honor points if you book through Trip.com or any intermediary.

They only clean rooms every third day. First night, I found a spider, second and third night there was an annoying fly in the room. The location is just outside of the *** ***** ******** in Geneva, although when I shed what neighborhood it was, I was told this side of the street is fine, yes, not fine. Extra bonus for providing city transport passes to all guest's very useful.

Tiny and cute old hotel, but it doesn’t look old cos it has been renovated. We enjoyed the stay for 2 nights there. There are Restaurants and 2 supermarket around.

The bed was firm( not hard), the bedding was very soft, windows opened for fresh air. Bathtub was clean and deep. Very convenient to everything. Across from train station and a short walk to the lake. Could also use transportation pass from airport and other city attractions.

Excellent location!!!! It's in the center of Geneva, two blocks away to take tram 18 to go to Bell Air, where Lake Geneva is located. The recepcionist will give you a Geneva pass, to take transportation free of charge all over the city including boats. That's awesome!!

The hotel is excellently located. One step out of the door turn left and left again and wonderful photo opp if the Lake Geneva Fountain. Great restaurants within walking distance in all directions. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms smell terrible- why??! What happened in here to leave an permanent bad smell? The wifi does not work in the room, which is just a deal breaker for business travel. The only perk of this place is that it has a bed. Which makes sense because it's a hotel lol. I Will never stay here again.

Wow! This hotel took me back to the 80s, reminding me of the times I went skiing with my parents. It’s an old-fashioned place, but it’s good enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service was decent, and while the breakfast was simple, it was okay.

It's my first time in Geneva. The location of this hotel is very convenient. I was given a free Geneva transportation ticket when I checked in. Although the hotel is old, the bathroom is new and the hygiene is good.

Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet. Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast options were limited, but the food was quite tasty. Unfortunately, the room was quite small; after opening two suitcases, there was barely any space left.

I was very happy with the hotel's location; it was super convenient for getting around! The room layout was also very practical. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning. I didn't expect the sun to generate so much heat through the floor-to-ceiling windows, even in early April!

Hard to comment on staff and service as the interaction with them across our entire stay would surmount to under 5 minutes. You could say they were efficient though not engaging. If you are only looking for a bed for the night then this dormitory would meet your needs. Budget accommodation without the frills in a handy location to the railway station. Entrance to the accommodation doesn’t stand out...

Close t Rooms were small but comfortable. One of the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen. The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not the best. It’s convenient if you need proximity to the train station.
