We were blown away by this stay, it was the absolute highlight of our Swiss trip! We stumbled on the package just the night before, and despite the iffy weather forecast, we went for it since meals were included. So glad we did!
Check-in was seamless, with a super friendly receptionist who welcomed us with a lovely cup of tea. Sadly, the viewpoint, trails, and toboggan run were closed during this time, but it made for perfect relaxation time.
We came to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, and the room's thoughtful decorations paired with the stunning lake view were pure magic, 10/10! Spacious, spotless, and so cozy. We're incredibly grateful for this special moment and can't wait to return. Thank you! ❤️

38 CHF Pilatus Cheeseburger = Tourist Rip-Off
I’m a local from Kriens and visited Mount Pilatus again last week. Beautiful view — terrible burger.
Ordered the Pilatus Cheeseburger with Raclette Cheese for 38 CHF. The bun wasn’t toasted, got soggy from the sauce, and fell apart. The “Raclette” cheese was barely there. Fries were greasy and tasteless — I even complained, but no one followed up.
For that price, you’d expect a gourmet experience. Instead, it felt like a cheap takeaway meal with a luxury price tag.
Great view, poor food. Never again.

( FAMILY) Be careful before booking this Hotel Bellevue Specailly family. First they accept your booking 2 adults 1 baby Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child ) Check-in date 14.02.2025 Check-out date 15.02.2025 ( 1 night ) Room Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child ) Price CHF 338.00 dinner and breakfast. Then in few days you will receive an email by there staff. They charge extra 40 chf for 1 year old baby with or without bed !!! Which is not fair. For me it’s not about money, it's about right or wrong. If they had make me pay while my booking, I can understand but not like this!

This was my favourite stay in Switzerland. The room was quite basic, but super spacious. The staff were also very friendly and the view was 10 stars. The included dinner was a 4 course meal and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fine (just not as amazing as the dinner). There were alot of clouds and you couldn't see the towns below, but it didn't hinder the experience. My only complaint is that the gondola up to the hotel isn't included in your rate, and it is an additional expense. You do receive a small discount if you show your reservation, but it was still about 56CHF.

This hotel is not fancy, but the location is so spectacular that it overrides any small negatives that the hotel has. For example, the bathroom in the hotel room is pretty outdated. No big deal, because this hotel is literally 100% about the amazing experience. I would stay there again, and have already recommended it too many people.

As we arrived we were warmly welcomed by a receptionist. She immediately spotted where we come from and started speaking in our mother tongue, which we appreciated very much. In a friendly yet professional manner she provided all the information that we needed. The next day we wanted some advice and again Frau Stanislava Repkova provided great customer service and helped us a lot! What an asset to the Pilatus team she is! Our stay was fantastic, food was delicious and views were breathing! We will be back!

This is fantastic location. The trails offer outstanding views of the Alps and Lucerne. Be sure to climb to the top to watch the sunrise over the Alps.
We booked the summit dreams package which includes 2 meals per day and transportation up and back. Meals were excellent. We were surprised they charged us for water even though it was on the table when we arrived and the wait staff filled and refilled our glasses without our request and did not mention any additional fee until we left the dining room

Mount Pilatus was the highlight of my two week river cruise/Switzerland vacation. The views were awesome. Room was great, front desk was unbelievably helpful and friendly. I really hope to go back there someday. We went on some of the other mountains that were higher and great in their own right but our time at Mt Pilatus was my favorite.

This was a phenomenal part of the trip. Just being up after close and walk around with handful of people was worth it alone, especially for sunrise and sunset The staff was great and the food was amazing.
