Rooms were good with all necessary amenities.
They close the lift service at night and they don’t inform the customers about it during check-in. My elder parents had to climb stairs for the room.
Breakfast was overall good but only one person working and handling reception/restaurant/breakfast making the service slow.

This is a review of the restaurant only since we did not stay at this hotel. The food quality was very good. Salad was super fresh. Warm and great service. Sad that this place is closing soon.

The perfect place to stay if you are going to go to the airport - the very convenient bus stop is just outside the restaurant yard!
The room is cozy and neat, and the bed is purrrrfect! Yes!
Big plus is the people (staff) and the restaurant. Generous and all-for-you-here, explaining geography to the inexperienced first-timer in Zurich :) I had a family-owned place feeling, where people take genuine care of emotions and things.
Restaurant offers good food, a variety of grown-up ice creams (floating in different spirituosen, verrry interesting, must come back to check more!), and a sweet touch during breakfast - a nice lady prepares you your coffee pot and smiles, while you make your pick of small jams (Quince! Plum! Strawberry with rhubarb!). Good luck they did not carry wild strawberry jam - that would have been too much. That jam belongs with my grandmother.

Super friendly staff, the recepcionist talked 6 languages! A little bit far from Zurich downtown but there's is a tram almost next to the hotel. There's no noise even there are buses and trams near by. A little bit hot but we opened the windows. Very good blinds, we were able to sleep during the day. Breakfast was good. It is what you pay for.

The place was good, and the location is great, just next to the tram station.
The staff is super friendly. The lady at the reception speaks fluently 6 languages and she's super nice.

Came with a free drink which was super nice (and a large pour of wine!). The room was nice with good beds.

It is very well connected to city center of Zurich by tram or bus which in 15-20 minutes reaches the old Town. The hotel is correct and it is warm.

Good for short stay. A bit far from city center, but good transportation abilities are present. Has a free parking places if you are lucky to get it parked by you. Room was clean, breakfast is OK.
