Traveling with kids, this place is pretty good. The only downside is that my family's rooms were on different floors, which was a bit inconvenient. It's a reasonable distance from the train station. I'd consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

Close to Lucerne station, Coop and the pier. Very convenient. Service is great. There is complimentary simple breakfast (croissant and fruit) in the morning. Good for travellers departing in the early morning (eg before 6:30am).

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary.
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

The front desk service was excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Lucerne is absolutely beautiful!

Close to the train station but was quite a walk, around 10 minutes or so. Direct view of lake Lucerne. Extremely friendly staff and upgraded our rooms for free. Nothing wrong with the place, very comfortable stay. No good food around thought and the room service food was meh.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic! The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Lucerne train station, making it super convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to David, who checked us in – he was warm, humorous, and even upgraded our room for free! ⁽⁽ଘ😇ଓ⁾⁾
