Amazing hotel! Everything inside is updated and feels like a new hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent stay. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms are perfectly maintained, very clean, and well equipped. Housekeeping is outstanding and pays attention to every detail. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Overall, everything—from the rooms to the service and cleanliness—was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service.
Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again.

A very nice hotel. Excellent service. The breakfast was also very good! The pool was comfortable. The outdoor balcony in the room was very pleasant. The hotel is a blend of an old castle and modern design, yet it feels perfectly harmonious. Overall, the quality is satisfying. I would definitely stay again. The hotel itself is worth exploring. There are many valuable paintings and antique furniture. The overall quality is excellent. A hidden gem hotel in my heart.

Aside from the price, it's flawless. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Being located in the mountains, it's very convenient for getting around, with a cable car directly to the hotel.

The restaurant is delicious, and the rooms are very clean.

The room service is excellent, with very attentive service and quick response times.

Overall room and facility were great, view fantastic; also hotel staff was very professional - of course at this level and price point you expect perfection. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help.
