Hotel Europa was an outstanding host for our retreat in St. Moritz. From the moment we arrived, the level of genuine warmth and hospitality from the entire team was clear. Managing a complex, multi-day program with international guests is no small task, and the Europa team handled it with grace throughout.

The rooms are charming, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with a modern alpine-chic aesthetic that feels both comfortable and elevated.
Having multiple spaces throughout the hotel to host gatherings, meetings, and informal moments was incredibly helpful and made the flow of the retreat feel seamless.

The atmosphere—warm, personal, and welcoming, while remaining highly professional at every level.

Highly recommend and can't wait to be back.

The night time receptionist today was truly an angel. He deserves the biggest raise in history. Funny, witty, comprehensive and kind. He truly made me feel welcome. 5 stars on service just because of him.

Very disappointing stay. My room had a strong chemical odor throughout the entire night. I woke up 3–4 times because of the smell and had a severe headache in the morning. I had informed staff that I am sensitive to strong odors.

I requested a partial refund due to the discomfort, but it was refused. Unfortunately, this did not meet basic expectations of comfort and service.

We recently stayed here and had a disappointing experience. We were first given a smaller, lower-category room than what we booked, even though it was described as an “upgrade.” They then showed us the original room we booked, but it looked much darker than the photos online, which seemed edited.

We do appreciate that the manager tried to resolve the issue by offering a renovated room of the correct size. However, the hotel still uses old-fashioned keys and does not have spare keys for the bathroom. One of us got locked inside, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling us not to lock the bathroom door again instead of properly assisting.

There was no kettle or coffee machine, no tea, and water was only provided on the first day. And the phone in the room doesn’t work . Very horrible service and the room has a bad smell.The service did not feel like a 4*hotel-level service, do not expect the same standards as other hotels, and the price is not worth it at all. Considering the location and overall experience, we do not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel . 5 min drive from ski school . Good pool . Paid shuttle However Anything extra help not provided . Eg we went for our anniversary I asked if the hotel can help with any special arrangements like wine etc No reply was provided .

It’s a perfect place in St.Moritz everything is on point the staff is very helpful and polite. The have several areas where you can stay in the evening and listen to piano. Highly recommend!

Good value for the price. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but it was convenient to the mountains for skiing, perfectly clean, and it included a decent breakfast. It was very easy to get around with the efficient bus system and there were two bus stops nearby. The cardio machines in the gym were basically all broken, so don’t count on going running, but they had a lot of weights and weight-equipment. Check in was very quick and the staff was helpful and polite.
