Great choice for a ski get-a-way
The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.

Besides a loose toilet lid, everything about the hotel was perfect.

The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful meal upstairs at "Steak and More" with outstanding views. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful reunion with friends in the St Moritz area while staying at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and an excellent value by Swiss standards. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and has something for everyone. The dinners were delicious. The staff is very competent and professional but also friendly and quick to assist if needed. The pool, sauna and steam facilities are clean and well designed. It is a pleasant hike to downtown St. Moritz or a quick ride on one of the many public buses shuttling through the St Moritz valley. Well worth a visit and bring the family!

Hotel getting old, but still recommendable.
Carpets in the rooms shouldn't be anymore - therefore a point deduction.
Breakfast buffet very good.
The dinner also, but priced too high in my opinion.
If I stayed for several days, I would therefore go out to eat.

Nice hotel . 5 min drive from ski school . Good pool . Paid shuttle However Anything extra help not provided . Eg we went for our anniversary I asked if the hotel can help with any special arrangements like wine etc No reply was provided .

It’s a perfect place in St.Moritz everything is on point the staff is very helpful and polite. The have several areas where you can stay in the evening and listen to piano. Highly recommend!

Good value for the price. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but it was convenient to the mountains for skiing, perfectly clean, and it included a decent breakfast. It was very easy to get around with the efficient bus system and there were two bus stops nearby. The cardio machines in the gym were basically all broken, so don’t count on going running, but they had a lot of weights and weight-equipment. Check in was very quick and the staff was helpful and polite.
