The best hotel i have ever stayed in Switzerland. Warm welcome by hotel receptionist. The room is cozy with Mountain view.

The staff were friendly, it's a 30-minute walk from the train station

Location is a little far off from the main shopping street and train station but you can get them to pick you up from the train station upon arrival. Hotel was a nice place to stay and good service too! Love it! Breakfast was superb too!

The rooms are very spacious, close to the lake, and offer a generous breakfast and free parking. Of course, the price isn't cheap either.

The hotel has a nice exterior view, but its location is remote. The room facilities are basic, the towels are old, and the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. At over 2000 RMB per night, it's very poor value for money!

The lobby reception was spacious, comfortable and equipped with a fire place. The room was clean and looked like just being refurbished. The in house restaurant had a wide range of of selections in their menu, we will excited to find Asian food in the menu and surprised to find the authenticity in this Asian cuisine.

The night time receptionist today was truly an angel. He deserves the biggest raise in history. Funny, witty, comprehensive and kind. He truly made me feel welcome. 5 stars on service just because of him.

It’s a perfect place in St.Moritz everything is on point the staff is very helpful and polite. The have several areas where you can stay in the evening and listen to piano. Highly recommend!

Good value for the price. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but it was convenient to the mountains for skiing, perfectly clean, and it included a decent breakfast. It was very easy to get around with the efficient bus system and there were two bus stops nearby. The cardio machines in the gym were basically all broken, so don’t count on going running, but they had a lot of weights and weight...

Location, service, breakfast is great! Couldn't figure out the furnace and room was clean but had a heavy pine scent to it. It was very affordable though

It was a lovely hotel, very clean!

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my husband (Deluxe Double Room) and two children (Economy Double Room). The bathrooms were very basic; there were no bathrobes, bidet towels, or slippers. Some of the towels were frayed and made of poor quality, old terry cloth. The bathroom floor was cold. The TV screens in both rooms were too small for the distance they were placed from the bed. The hotel is very large and has a retro feel. It's a short walk to the ski lift station, and parking is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Pets are allowed. You can get a discount on ski passes at the hotel reception, but you need to collect and return the ski pass at the ski lift station.

Decent hotel & location, friendly staff. The gym however is not in the same building, which was a disappointment.

Partially renovated hotel. Good service and location. Average breakfast. Good value for money.

Spotless clean. Very good location already but hotel still offer free shuttle bus. Staff are friendly and excellent in service. Highly recommended!

Very polite and friendly staff who are willing accommodate to guests’ requests.

Everything was perfect, the location, room (small or full of bulky stuff but ok) but when we looked for an Iron which is the most basic amenity in a hotel, they came up with an excuse of this place being made of wood so no Iron is provided! I have stayed in over 500 hotels of every sort and more wooden that this one and not for one I had to ask for an Iron. that got us into trouble as we had limited...

Recommended to stay, the location is very good.

Very good service including free shuttle service to the main station. Good amenties like gym, steam bath and sauna. Room is big and clean. Housekeeping is done in the morning and evening.

This hotel is located a few minutes from the train station, only a few bus stops away. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. However, the staff in the dining room was disappointing.

Property was very unique and comfortable. Nice size room with king size bed and beautiful sitting area with large glass windows overlooking the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. About a 25 minute walk to center of town.

Amazing stay! Staff were very attentive and polite! Restaurants inside were delicious. Perfect walking distance from everything.

There's free use of the sauna overlooking Lake St. Moritz, which is a must-see for sauna lovers. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, and there are several restaurants in the hotel at various price ranges, so convenience is also an issue. It was a very fond memory.

This is a very old hotel, small rooms. Only two restaurants are open, and they were understaffed. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good. We had one dinner in the dining room and it was not worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you.

It is a very historical hotel. It was off-season when we went, but the price was still high for us. You can see Lake St Moritz from the hotel balcony, which is great. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good.

We had a one day stay, wish it could have been a week. Hotel amenities were good, several eating places, Nice upper deck and very close to everything in St Moritz. Look to coming back in the near future.

Great experience in Art Hotel St. Moritz. Got picked up by their private van. Location is perfect only few steps to the slopes and also in the downtown district to enjoy Apreski. Skybar on rooftop has excellent view and service. Thanks all the hotel staff for making our trip amazing.

This hotel is perfectly situated within St. Moritz with easy walking distance to the lake, shopping and restaurants. The staff is beyond courteous, polite and helpful. They kindly upgraded us to a very nice and stylishly appointed room. Their restaurant is excellent, and the included breakfast offers a broad selection and is a nice touch. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Monopol!
