Great location, with a nostalgic feel. We hace a very nice room with a little balcony where we able to have evening drinks. The hotel driver picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Excellent service.

This was a fabulous hotel, very welcoming. As we walked in person at counter( my apologies don't remember the name) was just wow. We felt like walking in someone's home. Invited us to evening tea, rooms were very clean and comfortable, bathrooms were very nice. Terrace what amazing views. Told us don't worry if you check out late but must go up the mountain on cog rail. Breakfast was out of the world...

St. Moritz is an extremely expensive destination. Having said that, this property offers great value for spend. My room was simple but had all of the necessities. My only complaint is that the quality of the mattress could be improved. The stand out is the hotel staff. Wonderful hotel at the upper heights of the town just by the pedestrian zone. Rooms were great, comfortable and the staff were the best. They picked us up from the train station and brought us back as the hill is a long climb. The bus does go close to the hotel so you can walk down the hill and bus it back up.

Great place to stay in St. Moritz - central location, friendly and helpful manager.

The sraff, especially Tioga, were fabulously helpful in catering to our every need. If I were to return to St Moritz, it would definitely be my choice for accommodation. Spotlessly clean and a great breakfast included. Could not rank it higher. Very happy.

Lovely location, good service, amazing views, very clean and large rooms. Stayed in the panorama room. The wellness area is clean and everything is brand new, but pretty small. The sauna and steam bath could both be hotter. The breakfast was lovely. We had dinner (fondue) and didn't enjoy that. We would not have dinner at the restaurant again. We had great time in your hotel during our four days' stay. Stayed there in Dec 2020. Great charming and authentic hotel. Is worth more than its 3 stars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super service, nice and modern rooms. Perfect for those who want to discover the "mountain" side of St Moritz and less the posh side.

The view was great, but I wish it was a little cleaner.

I stayed in comfortable single room where I can have iconic lake view on my birthday morning. It was very rewarding. But accessibility of hotel is not that easy. There is crazy slopes that needed to be navigated to reach hotel . It would be hard if you need to handle multiple luggages.

Such a cute hotel with incredible views of the lake and area of St. Moritz. Highly recommend this cute hotel. Close to everything and walkable around the town.

The hotel is near the hill top, quite vintage. The lady at the reception is very nice who helped me to call a taxi to the train station. I wish I could have a lake view room next time.

Beautiful location: further away from the city (30 min walk), right on the St.MoritzerSee with beautiful views. We enjoyed comfortable bed (although pretty small) and great restaurant for the dinner (which we strongly recommend). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Winter, -3°C only. We were for coffee+cake. Calm, old nice "grishun house" with barn in the back. Nice view to the West: lake St.Moritz

Beautiful setting with view over St Moritz and mountains. Food ok, too expensive for the quality of food. Service rather slow although llace was not packed. Children playground needs maintenance.

You will be really satisfied with the service. Markus was very kind and pick us up at the train station. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good too. We did love the fondue! One of the best ones! The spa is small but really lovely, the internet connection is very good. Really good relation between price and quality of the hotel. We had really nothing to complain about👍🏻

I enjoyed overall our stay very much. However, I wish that some things were a bit different. I like the room, it was clean and cozy. The location is superb really, you have 1 minutes walk to the lake and 10-15 minsutes to the town. Also the personal was excellent, really kind and helpful. Plus there is a free charging station for e-cars and bikes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast...

We celebrated our wedding at this wonderful location. Roberto, Lukas and the team were just fabulous. Their service-level is beyond perfect and the quality and taste of the food and beverages is extraordinary. We will be back!

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a Cosmos train tour of Switzerland. The hotel is old fashioned but cosy and the staff are friendly. My room was nice but the bathroom was tiny, others had more room so luck of the draw I guess. The 2 waiters in the restaurant were so lovely and the food was very good.

The hospitality of the owner and staff at this lovely hotel in unsurpassed any where in the world. I became ill while a guest and the owner personally transported to a local Doctor and subsequently to the hospital. I can't thank them enough.

Service is great, although the beds are a little stiff for my liking. Also if you expect a quiet environment it's not for you.

Well placed for the Lake and the Snow Polo Provision of Local transport Pass a pleasant surprise Food in the Restaurant good. Will be booking again (next year!)

10 of us stayed at Hotel Sonne during our bike trip and it was a great find. Pizzas from the restaurant were top notch, reception was friendly and location was good for the price. Will stay again for sure.

They picked us up at the train station. The room was excellent and quiet. They took us to the train station. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent and servers were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here 😍 the staff was so helpful by telling us exactly what should not be missed and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious! Everything is made by wood that leaves a very calming smell and atmosphere. Breakfast is basic but gets the job done. Very central and it offers free rides to and from the train station!

Quaint, Swiss-style chalet hotel next to the ski gondola in St Moritz. Across the road from the Kempinski Hotel. You can ski right to the hotel door! Very clean rooms, great breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Free parking on site. This is a nice hotel in a great location at a very reasonable price.

Excellent, family run hotel. Ski in, only 2 minute from Signal gondola. Stylish rooms. Tasty breakfast. Spa of next door hotel can be used for free. Plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Very friendly staff. Heavily discounted ski pass if you stay 2 or more nights.

A small family run hotel that provides excellent services. Our room had the best view of the Lake St. Moritz. Rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.......actually I could see perfection in everything. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice but could have been better. However, other things were so good that we did not mind having a mediocre breakfast from a dining room...

My fiancée and I were here for Christmas and had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and they all speak more then three languages. We loved our room with the best view at the lake. The position is really good, it takes less that 1 minute to get to the centre. The spa services were amazing . Defenetly recommend this hotel if you are thinking to come in St Moritz.

Brilliant hotel really clean and cozy. Staffs are warm and friendly. Their restaurant is amazing, highly recommend the lamb burger that was too Good i forgot to take photos. chicken curry is also nice with creative combination of kiwi, banana, apple and pinapple

Nice location , quite close to train station we stopped here for one night to take the glacier express , they have a pizzeria which is very handy as we arrived late night and were hungry , breakfast variety is very less, can be better for the price. Overall good

Amazing pizza and good service but a lil expensive

Pizza is hands-down the best in St. Moritz. Service has also greatly improved with the hiring of new management. If you go for pizza this is the place to go!

I’ve got all of my orders on time without any delays. This pizza restaurant’s service was excellent and fabulous compared to others. I won’t hesitate to tell all of my friends and relatives about this place as well. Trust me... You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend this place very nice

We ordered a salami sandwich with cheese and pickles. We did not see any cheese or pickles in the sandwich and the amount of salami was barely covering the bread. For a 9.80 CHF sandwich, I'd expected something else. The rustica sandwich, on the other hand, with ham and mozzarella, was fine (8.80 CHF). The service was ok.

Lovely hotel right on the lake with a wonderful view. Comfortable room with a great shower! The only meal I had was breakfast and it was a very, very nice buffet. I was only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the facilities more.

The room smells bad. It's quite expensive. Halal food should be provided because there are many Muslim visitors. The breakfast table has been booked for someone else, we ourselves didn't know there was a reservation like that until we finished eating, no one filled the reservation table, it would be better if whoever comes first can choose the dining table. Because it's a waste to reserve but other...

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation, especially the lake view room, which is a double enjoyment for both body and mind. The hotel service is in place, there are many restaurant choices, the taste is very authentic and the price is moderate.

Amazing and beautiful place! Near the station, available shuttle service. Highly recommended. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great value for money, it must be memorable to meet a family who comes to stay in a fixed room every year!
