The hotel from top to bottom was Fabulous. Great staff, friendly and professional. Old World Charm at its best. Daily menus as well as full menu. Buffet Breakfast. Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. Email train arrival time ahead. I will be back soon!
Beautiful, traditional hotel. Staff all courteous and helpful. Restaurant food excellent. Spa and pool were really enjoyed after a long day of travel. Would like to return again.
It was nice but no room, service and stairs and no one to help
This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though...
very cozy, friendly staff, dry and wet saunas, pool.
The staff , front desk check in, the service ,and restaurant was impeccable!! Great service!!
Was picked up and dropped off at train station, and it was all a very nice experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to answer any questions! Give them a 10 star rating !!

hotel was very close to the train station and overlooked a beautiful lake, the hotel is located up a very steep slope uphill so it was quite difficult for us to push our luggage up, only to realise the hotel actually offered free pickup services, so friendly reminder to call the hotel once you’re off the train!
overall an amazing experience, definitely recommended!
An amazing stay with fantastic views of the lake and mountains.. a short walk from the train station and they have shuttle service to send you down too when checking out.. The food at the restaurant is very nice and reasonably priced..
Great experience at Hotel Waldhaus am See, St Moritz! 😍
This luxurious hotel is a slice of paradise on Lake St Moritz. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and clean. Great breakfast spread with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Recommended
Absolutely stunning! The restaurant directly overlooks the lake, and with the vibrant autumn colors and a touch of frost, this hotel on Lake St. Moritz is truly beautiful. From the hotel, you can easily reach various lakes in the Engadin region by bus, and the hotel even provides a free bus pass. We had a car so we didn't end up using it.
The hotel has a great location, not far from the main St. Moritz train station. After getting off the train, you can walk under the train tracks, cross the main road towards Lake St. Moritz, and you'll see the hotel right away.
The only downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so walking uphill might be tiring, especially if you have a lot of luggage. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely...
The hotel faces Lake St. Moritz in the Alps, and the large platform in front of the hotel is a convenient parking spot for those traveling by car and also a great place for taking photos. The hotel breakfast is excellent, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat.

The room is big and clean. The bathroom is clean , no bad smells. There are toiletries. The location is in the center. There are many bistros convenient stores nearby. There are services to drop guests at railway station. The breakfast is very good. The taste is very good, delicious. There are no air conditioners and fan. But the weather is cold in early June.
We stayed 1 nite but there was construction of roads outside hotel until about 12 am. The hotel could very well have informed us earlier for us to make changes to construction around the areas and be given the option to change hotel. Staff were very nice and apologetic. The rooms we stayed in were a little run down. It should consider upgrading soon.
Friendly receptionist/staff. Free shutter bus service from/to train station. Breakfast coffee good.
The front desk staff were so friendly, which made for a really pleasant stay! The shuttle service at check-out was also a great help. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance! Super nice ⭐︎
So kindness & heart warmful hotel. Location is also good ! We could stay peaceful holidays.
We love the convenience of the hotel pickup and drop off service at the train station. Hotel is centrally located and we have enjoyed our stay. 👍🙏

The hotel is beautiful. Came with complimentary spa and wellness facilities which were great and relaxing. Although the hotel is quite far from the train station, there is regular transportation arranged to and fro the hotel and train station which was really helpful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place!
Wonderful days in this hotel! Wonderful staff, spacious rooms, spa is amazing! I'll be back for sure!
The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing
It’s was a nice experience: Extremely pleasant, helpful, friendly, supportive team at the reception. All my requests were properly handled, and I have never heard answer “no”. Very client oriented approach. We even have got the room early (about 11 am), that was extremely appreciated. Very clean, warm, with parking available. Very close to Suvretta ski lift.

This is the fifth year in a row we are coming here as a friends group for autumn hikes, spa relaxation and great food and wine :) I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking! 5/5!

I spent a wonderful time at this hotel, that has great services from the reception desk up to the restaurant staff and even more. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and they have great views. My room had the best view, being able to see the mountains and the lake from the room. Had the best time at Soldanella Hotel and I hope to experience those great things again.
Hotel Soldanella was a highlight of our stay in St. Moritz. We were given a spacious, beautifully appointed room with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains—truly unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt both cozy and modern. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely...
Very nice old hotel. Rooms still have a key which is cool. Beds have 2 comforters so no struggle with the covers. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room has this automatic light in doorways that can’t be turned off. Outdoor deck was nice with views of the lake.
The warmest welcome you will probably ever get in Switzerland at this beautiful hotel. The charm, the views, the food. A thoroughly enjoyable visit.
Comfy beds, my room, 25, had a fresh and large bathroom with sizable spa/shower set up.
The burger is ordered at the bar with a stack of fries was heavenly- you could taste the meat.
Easy walk from station although you can book a hotel transfer for...
a really beautiful hotel near the center. The building is very elegant and well restored. friendly and professional staff.

The owner is really nice, and the hotel's decor is very tasteful. All the materials used are eco-friendly, with wood everywhere you look. Plus, the view outside the hotel is fantastic.
Although it is an old inn, the view of Lake St. Moritz from the room is incredibly beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
My stay at this hotel was wonderful.
All the staff were so kind 🫶🫶
The room was spacious and well designed, also surrounded with beautiful view of St. Moritz 😍
Highly recommended!
The room was spacious, with painted patterns on the ceiling, resembling a palace. The windows were enormous, offering unparalleled views. From the train station, you can take an escalator up the mountain, cross the street, transfer to another escalator, and walk 100 meters to reach the hotel.
Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there.
There is no one on duty at night. On case of emergency, no one help. I encounter electricity shut down at 9:xx at night and no one from hotel help. To go down to lobby and call the designated phone number.

There's a bus stop right outside, very convenient.
There's a supermarket next door, just a 2-minute walk away, super fast!
The ski resort is a bit far, about a 15-minute walk.
The hotel entrance is quite small, so pay close attention to the location.
When i went in st.moritz i traveled with the bernina train. It was the most beautiful things of all and i really liked it.
When we went to the hotel the service was great. When we had lunch at riccardos the service was great but when we said 2 chesse fondue but they only brought us one.All in all it was a great experience.
Clean and walkable location to everywhere in st moritz. We had to check out early at 4 am and they brought us to go breakfast bags.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+++++ I had an excellent five-star stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.

I never expect the hotel is far away from the town of St. Moritz. But the hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful, offer me several service to solve my panic (I have many luggage) which I very difficult to carry the luggage to walk about 20+ mins from bus stop during snow time. Their service is seriously impress me. And their hotel, very good quality and nice view of St. Moritz! I will rebook...
We loved this quaint hostel! We used the spa and also had an amazing breakfast here! Would love to come back someday.
The hotel was very nice, very pleasant, and the food was exquisite. We just never realized it was located in the mountains. They didn't tell us that when we booked our room.
We were sold a double bed, they buy us in a room with 3 single beds in a 4th floor with no elevator. We had to carry very heavy luggage upstairs. The building was pretty empty, we should have been given better accommodations.
We stayed at the hostel. Everything was very clean and the facilities were good. The only downside is that there's no elevator, and carrying a large suitcase is a problem. They also needed to clear the snow from the entrance, as walking with non-snow shoes was difficult. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the facilities were very good. The fondue at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably...
Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it...
Easy access to public transportation Arrangement for the room key was a big mishap. Need to seek help from Hotel Victoria Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful.
The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily. The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful.
The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.
Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
There was no one at the main desk to check you in. The process to get a room key was not as described on the paper that was there to tell you how to check in.

Amazing place. Very cosy and welcoming staff
my wife's white Dior lady bag which cost around 4,500 GBP was stollen from the room while we were outside and hotel management could not do anything. no CCTV cameras, no safe's in the room. Very disappointing.
This hotel is just enchanting! And the staff is very nice and polite we had a great stay we will definitely visit again! The breakfast is so so good!
Great history in the property. Kind staff.
Loved the class in the hotel. Takes you to another world. The infrastructure is majestic. The views are unparalleled. The attentions from Andréa and Dino were superb! Can’t say enough. Highly recommend.
the staff was super helpful and we rented bikes that were very inexpensive and enjoyed a ride through the country and found some small lakes and many horses. Very exceptional stay!

The the temperature was -5 degrees cel and lower on average in town and surrounding areas, but the hotel room temperature was super warm and better heated than my home house. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly breakfast was super👌
Wonderful pizza service, beer... Many choices... Free parking... Excellent
Everything was very good, the food, the room but the stuff in the restaurant they‘re not really friendly more likely mad…
Fantastic hotel and restaurant. Service is excellent, rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable.
Well placed for the Lake and the Snow Polo
Provision of Local transport Pass a pleasant surprise
Food in the Restaurant good.
Will be booking again (next year!)
10 of us stayed at Hotel Sonne during our bike trip and it was a great find. Pizzas from the restaurant were top notch, reception was friendly and location was good for the price. Will stay again for sure.

Breathtaking views.
Wonderful hotel. Beautiful view. Breathtaking.
Just difficult to climb up the hill so recommend taking a taxi.
The hotel is good and the location great in the winter for skiing. Was hired as ski instructor for 4 days and stayed there with my guests. The menu isn't very big but the menu items rather overpriced. The rooms are small and basic. Went there for lunch again recently and it was ok but not great with a too high price tag.
Great place to rest and relax. The view is great and the staff is outstanding. My wife and children had to leave really early to catch a train and they setup a table for them to have breakfast, even when it was outside their usual time. Is a great hotel to experience St. Moritz without having to pay that premium hotel experience but still enjoy the best of Swiss hospitality.
This hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful place
I agonized about which area of St. Moritz to stay in. As we were there to ski, I chose this ski in and out property to maximize our one full day on the slopes. I couldn't have chosen better. Our double room was perfect. Also, we speak Italian, so we were pleasantly surprised to find out the gregarious, very personable owner and his staff were Italian. Like the saying goes, "it's not a party if it's...
Under the tutelage of the owning family Kleger in the kitchen and at the entrance, this restaurant is the in place in St. Moritz in the lower mountain range, where you still reach on foot, by car, by horse. - the rooms are big and warm
- there is a swimming pool and sauna
- service is kind
We had a fantastic stay here! The accommodations were absolutely wonderful—clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities you could need, and a truly magnificent view. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa and pool facilities were top-notch—especially the spacious swimming pool. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner’s warmth and hospitality. He took the time to chat with us...
This is a really good hotel! The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Bed is comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is DELICIOUS! Be cautious when taking omelette - as the plate is served very hot, in order for the eggs to not get cold until they get served to you! I would say it is more of a couple’s hotel… In my opinion, it is more suitable for...
Big, clean and well furnished room, 1 double plus sofa bed. Also has full kitchen. Super quiet, awesome balcony views if you get a room facing the mountains.
Staff very nice, speaks great English.
Breakfast is small but has cooked to order eggs 3 ways.
This is a wonderful smaller hotel with lovely helpful staff that speak English very well. The rooms are large with plenty of cupboard space and have a mini fridge and kettle. Breakfasts were simple but delicious with eggs to order. The pool is large and fabulous after hiking. Everything is very expensive in St Moritz but there is a very handy Co Op at the bottom of the hill that has excellent take...
Hotel is located upslope so it will be better to have a car if you have many heavy luggages. About 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Hotel room is very comfortable and cozy.
