The room is big and clean. The bathroom is clean , no bad smells. There are toiletries. The location is in the center. There are many bistros convenient stores nearby. There are services to drop guests at railway station. The breakfast is very good. The taste is very good, delicious. There are no air conditioners and fan. But the weather is cold in early June.

We stayed 1 nite but there was construction of roads outside hotel until about 12 am. The hotel could very well have informed us earlier for us to make changes to construction around the areas and be given the option to change hotel. Staff were very nice and apologetic. The rooms we stayed in were a little run down. It should consider upgrading soon.

The hotel is beautiful. Came with complimentary spa and wellness facilities which were great and relaxing. Although the hotel is quite far from the train station, there is regular transportation arranged to and fro the hotel and train station which was really helpful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing

It’s was a nice experience: Extremely pleasant, helpful, friendly, supportive team at the reception. All my requests were properly handled, and I have never heard answer “no”. Very client oriented approach. We even have got the room early (about 11 am), that was extremely appreciated. Very clean, warm, with parking available. Very close to Suvretta ski lift.

This is the fifth year in a row we are coming here as a friends group for autumn hikes, spa relaxation and great food and wine :) I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking! 5/5!

I spent a wonderful time at this hotel, that has great services from the reception desk up to the restaurant staff and even more. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and they have great views. My room had the best view, being able to see the mountains and the lake from the room. Had the best time at Soldanella Hotel and I hope to experience those great things again.

Very nice old hotel. Rooms still have a key which is cool. Beds have 2 comforters so no struggle with the covers. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room has this automatic light in doorways that can’t be turned off. Outdoor deck was nice with views of the lake.

The building is a little old and on top of a mountain so it's difficult to get there without a bus or taxi, but the receptionist was kind and helpful.

There's a bus stop right outside, very convenient. There's a supermarket next door, just a 2-minute walk away, super fast! The ski resort is a bit far, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel entrance is quite small, so pay close attention to the location.

When i went in st.moritz i traveled with the bernina train.It was the most beautiful things of all and i really liked it. When we went to the hotel the service was great.When we had lunch at riccardos the service was great but when we said 2 chesse fondue but they only brought us one.All in all it was a great experience.

Clean and walkable location to everywhere in st moritz. We had to check out early at 4 am and they brought us to go breakfast bags.

I never expect the hotel is far away from the town of St. Moritz. But the hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful, offer me several service to solve my panic (I have many luggage) which I very difficult to carry the luggage to walk about 20+ mins from bus stop during snow time. We were sold a double bed, they buy us in a room with 3 single beds in a 4th floor with no elevator. We had to carry very heavy luggage upstairs. The building was pretty empty, we should have been given better accommodations.

my wife's white Dior lady bag which cost around 4,500 GBP was stollen from the room while we were outside and hotel management could not do anything. no CCTV cameras, no safe's in the room. Very disappointing.

The the temperature was -5 degrees cel and lower on average in town and surrounding areas, but the hotel room temperature was super warm and better heated than my home house. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly breakfast was super👌

10 of us stayed at Hotel Sonne during our bike trip and it was a great find. Pizzas from the restaurant were top notch, reception was friendly and location was good for the price. Will stay again for sure.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.

hotel was very close to the train station and overlooked a beautiful lake, the hotel is located up a very steep slope uphill so it was quite difficult for us to push our luggage up, only to realise the hotel actually offered free pickup services, so friendly reminder to call the hotel once you’re off the train! overall an amazing experience, definitely recommended!

Absolutely stunning! The restaurant directly overlooks the lake, and with the vibrant autumn colors and a touch of frost, this hotel on Lake St. Moritz is truly beautiful. From the hotel, you can easily reach various lakes in the Engadin region by bus, and the hotel even provides a free bus pass. We had a car so we didn't end up using it.

The hotel is good and the location great in the winter for skiing. Was hired as ski instructor for 4 days and stayed there with my guests. The menu isn't very big but the menu items rather overpriced. The rooms are small and basic. Went there for lunch again recently and it was ok but not great with a too high price tag.

Great place to rest and relax. The view is great and the staff is outstanding. My wife and children had to leave really early to catch a train and they setup a table for them to have breakfast, even when it was outside their usual time. The room was spacious, with painted patterns on the ceiling, resembling a palace. The windows were enormous, offering unparalleled views. From the train station, you can take an escalator up the mountain, cross the street, transfer to another escalator, and walk 100 meters to reach the hotel.

Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there.
