Location is a little far off from the main shopping street and train station but you can get them to pick you up from the train station upon arrival. Hotel was a nice place to stay and good service too! Love it! Breakfast was superb too!

The rooms are very spacious, close to the lake, and offer a generous breakfast and free parking. Of course, the price isn't cheap either.

The hotel has a nice exterior view, but its location is remote. The room facilities are basic, the towels are old, and the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. At over 2000 RMB per night, it's very poor value for money!

The lobby reception was spacious, comfortable and equipped with a fire place. The room was clean and looked like just being refurbished. The in house restaurant had a wide range of of selections in their menu, we will excited to find Asian food in the menu and surprised to find the authenticity in this Asian cuisine.

The hotel is very large and has a retro feel. It's a short walk to the ski lift station, and parking is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Pets are allowed. You can get a discount on ski passes at the hotel reception, but you need to collect and return the ski pass at the ski lift station.

Decent hotel & location, friendly staff. The gym however is not in the same building, which was a disappointment.

Water and chocolate were provided in the room, along with plenty of amenities such as shampoo and slippers.

The building is a little old and on top of a mountain so it's difficult to get there without a bus or taxi, but the receptionist was kind and helpful.

It was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Personally, I was very happy that they provided slippers. The front desk staff were also kind and it was a comfortable stay!

Location is a bit far from the train station, but still easily accessible with bus. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, great variety and great relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing stay! Staff were very attentive and polite! Restaurants inside were delicious. Perfect walking distance from everything.

There's free use of the sauna overlooking Lake St. Moritz, which is a must-see for sauna lovers. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, and there are several restaurants in the hotel at various price ranges, so convenience is also an issue. It was a very fond memory.

This is a very old hotel, small rooms. Only two restaurants are open, and they were understaffed. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good. We had one dinner in the dining room and it was not worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you.

It is a very historical hotel. It was off-season when we went, but the price was still high for us. You can see Lake St Moritz from the hotel balcony, which is great. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good.
