Nice spacious rooms, good food and excellent service from highly trained welcoming staff. However, rooms can be noisy, had to change rooms as could hear the guests in the adjacent room via the connecting door which was unbearable, in the second room there were still some strange noises. Some things are ridiculously overpriced, such as the ski rental.

We just had the most wonderful two night stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food/service was excellent! We will definitely be coming back.

Just ate at the restaurant as a group meal with our tour. The salad was awesome and the lemon dessert was so unique! Complex wonderful lemon construction—a must try!

The Kempinski is a nice property, but location is not ideal: it neither has the convenience of the 5* properties in the village center, nor the views of Silvaplana. Service is clearly in the 5* league, competent and courteous. Hotel condition is excellent, but layout is a bit odd with wide hallways and rooms which are a bit more cramped, at least my room was. We were staying in apartment Piz Roseg, which is really spacious, with a very nice view on the mountains. The spa of the hotel is really really nice with 5 beautiful spacious saunas. If we had to point out a few negatives (which didn't justify bringing this excellent place down to a 4 star rating), we'd call out: - after having made our initial reservation, we made a few minor changes and each time...

Simple, Best place in st Moritz. Superior Attention to detail

I didn’t stay at the Hotel, I only use the ski-rental facilities, but the staff is always helpful and all their equipment provided are top quality. Will definitely return.

Some of the best service I have experienced in Europe. From the incredible meals at the restaurant and the welcome we received the moment we arrived to the hotel’s provided nanny, it was exceptional in every way!

Incredible good place. If you go to St Moritz choose this hotel. Food is little bit expensive even for 5 star in Switzerland.

Classic 5 star. Old English aristocracy sports hotel. Do the afternoon tea.

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

What a wonderful and luxury place! We really enjoyed every moment we spent at this hotel. Everything is amazing; the staff, the restaurants, the pool, the kids club, the spa and the view from the rooms. I will definitely go back to Kulm Hotel @ St. Moritz any time I decide to go for Skiing vacation. Highly Recommended!

Thanks to the sunny weekend too, it was a great stay in St Moritz Kulm. Since the beginning we were spoiled by a nice and expert staff. Great parking service and free shuttle to the ski facilities or to the village downtown. A nice room with lake view. The best spa ever seen so far. Huge indoor pool and outdoor hot pool with all the spoiling stuff like bubbling and jet water that you manage by yourself...

Seems fabulous. Large tastefully decorated lobby with superb views of the lake and mountains.

Very good hotel. We have been there multiple times and it was mostly very good. Once about one year ago the whirlpool wasn't working but apart from that I must say I am very satisfied. Also, a very nice breakfast buffet.

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel. We stayed here for the week and experienced such amazing service every day from all staff members. Any requests we had was met with a smile, and was quickly taken care of. The room was beautiful and spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom is really nice and well equipped. The view from our room was gorgeous and had a nice size balcony to enjoy it...

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel. Great views from the room balconies. Highly recommend for couples visiting the St. Moritz area. It was wonderful in the summer and I'd love to return for a visit in the winter.

Excellent hotel little bit off the busy st.moritz town. Great service attitude of the staff and a warm and personal touch in every aspect of interaction. Try the aryuvedic treatments, join the powerguide for the duathlon, an intro to free-riding or an easy hike to one of the lakes. Will be back definately!
