Hotel Canceled my reservation one day before checkin date. They claimed my credit card was invalid, but made no attempt to contact me. I made several attempts to contact them via email and phone with no response. Unable to even get a phone call answered. I would not recommend.
The owners of the hotel are very polite people, the breakfast is very delicious, the rooms are clean, but the reception closes at 10 p.m. We were promised that our key would be left on the cupboard near to the emergency exit, but it was not there. The owner didn't answer to our phonecalls, so we had to call to his brother at 1 a.m, who lives 8 km away. He came one hour later and gave us the key.
Stayed two nights, booked over Airbnb. Great experience, quick response. You can bring your dog for 5€ a day. There's a gorgeous view of Lake Garda and only a 20 second walk to the shore.

"The very Best"!!! ....Across road from stunning lake beach!! Professional! Comfortable! Super Friendly & Helpful! Very very clean! Great Breakfast choices! wi-fi! Good tv! Best Location! Few steps to Bus Stop (couple of minutes to centre of town or Malcesine or 25minutes to North Lake Riva or to South Garda Peschiera) Excellent Hosts!!! Thank you Laura & Valerio!! I hope to be back there soon!!! I highly recommend it!! Best value for money! 5 Stars & I would give 10 if I could! :)
