Some things weren't working, but overall it was sufficient.

The room was spacious, with a dedicated luggage room. The balcony offered direct views of Lake Geneva. The bus stop was right outside the door, and it wasn't far from the train station.

The hotel front desk also thoughtfully provided complimentary bus tickets, which was a very nice touch. It made things especially convenient for first-time visitors, as it saved the hassle of purchasing tickets and made it easier to explore the surrounding area.
In addition, the city tax is 25 Swiss francs, which does not need to be paid at check-in; it can simply be settled upon check-out. Overall, these details reflect the hotel’s attentive and considerate service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location and view are truly amazing, and the staff was very supportive throughout my visit. The amenities were decent.

Location is good to walk around to many spots. Lower price compared to other hotels around the area. Not much service of front desk service. Hotel and rooms are old and small, a bit smelly, like small motel feel, not clean. There’s a cute little old lift and a balcony.
