It's still under renovation. What's the lake view room? The window is so small and closed. The lake is across the street. There is no view at night. It's a bit exaggerated as a high-end hotel. It's better to live in the mountains.

This is a hotel I’m particularly satisfied with—great value for money, with an exceptionally spacious room. The moment I walked in and opened the balcony door, I was left breathless by the stunning view. The service was very good and the buffet breakfast had a good range of options available. Would happily stay here again. Location wise it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, but it was also very conveniently next to the Noel market.

Love love love the view at Lake Geneva! Restaurant needed booking ahead of time, but food was decently good albeit abit pricey. Very accessible via bus, or you could take a stroll down lake Geneva. Affordable room prices with an awesome view. Sauna and jacuzzi were good and restful. No regrets!

Location is unbelievable accessible to most points, next to train station and lake, shops and restaurants are widely available to choose from. Room can be slightly old and amenities not at top range, lift space and bathroom are small in general. Staff is very helpful and efficient. We walk to the xmas market daily and head out to alps town over the few days.

Hotel is in a great location right on the lake. The restaurant and bar over look the lake and the sunsets are stunning. You can swim in the lake from the little pebble beach or just take a dip in the hotel pool. We'll be back.

A great location as long as your room is a lake view one, otherwise the street side is extremely noisy with poor window isolation. The team and service are really nice, and the terrasse moment offers an astonishing view. One improvement if I may - change the bed pillows - really poor quality and hard to get asleep with.

A very elegant hotel directly on the lake walkway but very quiet. Spacious room with everything you need. The pool and sauna were great and the breakfast buffet was very good with great staff. Lovely stay in a grand hotel. Fabulous view from the balcony. We did have two minor issues: 1 The hotel entrance was difficult to spot when arriving from the Territet station 9we walked past it the first time and had to ask directions!) 2 I cut two of my toes quite badly on the small step into the bathroom when I stubbed my foot - perhaps it could be signed in some way.

The hotel on the outside is very grand and right in the lake. We had beautiful views from our balcony plus you just walk out the back and you are on a wonderful path into town. The room was big, made especially so due to the very high ceilings. The bathroom was also big with double vanities and a separate water closet. Highly recommended. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will feel happy. Classic and stylish, facing the scenery of Lake Leman, with Chillon Castle on the left! The hotel's location is up a hill, requiring a 15-minute walk, but a 4-minute bus ride will take you right to the hotel. Our train arrived after the last bus, so we had to walk instead. 😭 The service was also very attentive, and they were very accommodating, offering things like storing food in the refrigerator and lending us umbrellas. Located on a mountainside, the hotel's bus and train services are sparse, making transportation difficult. The proximity to a road can be a bit noisy at night, but the surroundings are beautiful. The staff was helpful in assisting with applying for a Montreux travel card.

The location of the hotel is on top of a mountain and it was a long walk with my suitcase to get there, and the most unacceptable thing was that there was no bathtub! This is very different from what the pictures show, and the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and average in taste; also I didn't know how to turn off the two lights in the room, I had to unplug them, which wasn't very convenient

Nice stay at a reasonable price. Beautiful location. Spacious and clean appartment with nice view of the lake. Only thing I would like to point out is the Kitchenette. It does not have even basic things like knife or spatula. Picture was showing that there will be a microwave but we didn't find anything. Also the breakfast should have more options. Everything was fine. It was a nice hotel other than unable to check in. We had a reservation, it was on their system. But we could not create our room key and check in. Neither could another couple. Later in the evening a Korean family also could not check in. It’s best to have a hotel with a reception in my experience.

There is a bus, but it seems difficult to get there if you are not used to it. It is close to Montreux, so it is very convenient if you use the Golden Pass!

Hotel is located in the best possible place in Montreux. Rooms are very good, though looks a bit old. Breakfast is great. Mr. David, the person in the reception is simply the best! Clean rooms, classical design. A bit confusion: the reception is in first floor, not ground floor as it is not belong to the hotel, but that's fine. Maybe it's a 3-star hotel, but for me, because of the view it's a 5-star one!

The family room isn't very clean. Everything is old, the floor is damaged, the paint is faded. It seems more like a 2* than a 3*. As soon as you open the window, the smell of a pizzeria fills the room... Avoid it.

The location was really good because it was right in front of the Christmas market! There was an elevator so it was easy to move around, The facilities were so-so, but I was very satisfied because it was cheap for Swiss prices!

Felt like we were rolling back a century as we arrived on the little train with dramatic views to the lake. The hotel rooms are small and basic. The food and service are excellent, authentic and just right for this little perch. Great for one night, take the train to the top the next morning then stop back for lunch on the terrace and pickup your luggage before heading back down the mountain to Montreux

The chalet is easily accessible by car from Montreux or Lausanne, also by train. Parking is big enough and just in front of the entrance. Started well with great location and feeling downstairs in the cellar area. Note, to get a table turn up before 7pm or reserve, recommend front area facing onto the street. However, noticed a hum downstairs, ok with that but when the pasta arrived it was either too oily or lacking rich taste, Parmesan was also not offered. Deserts better.
