My flight from Johannesburg to Dar es Salaam was delayed by 5 hours. I had to cancel the booking but could not reach anybody directly, as there are no contact details on the website. I contacted them via the online query to cancel and asked for confirmation of cancellation and have still not received any confirmation. I need it to be cancelled and not be billed.

This review is at least 10 years late, but Google pics me took down memory lane when we visited the hotel's restaurant back in 2015, we preferred to eat here as opposed to the Double Tree Hotel we were staying that was about a few meters away (pity it's now closed) but the food was absolutely phenomenal, I vividly remember the lady chef (hopefully she's still there) served us like absolute royalty...
