Everything's good, but the rooms look a bit on the economical side, though that's a matter of taste. The internet is a real problem; it's slow and barely available in most rooms.

Everything was fine until we realized our room had another door leading to another room. This meant zero privacy and you can literally hear what’s happening in the next room.

Zanzibar was amazing. the bungalow was ok best part was it been situated on the beach and the friendly staff made the stay worth it. the services of Samera at the front desk was top notch.

It is a nice and clean place, especially if you have a room facing the sea the view is stunning. The room's interior is beautiful, but very basic. The beds are good, yet a bit short. I personally think that the area is very peaceful and mindful. Slay! However, compared to the price of stay per night; I could have got better accommodation options in Asia. The bathroom was okay and the room facility was also not splendid for the price. On the other hand, it has a nice swimming pool close to the beach. The hotel is very easily accessible right in the heart of the city. They have different options for their rooms which are a good size, clean and the quality of sleep is good because it is not situated in a noisy area. The hotel bedroom furnished is out of style. The bathroom is very small. The hotel is located right by the public market and bus station. It is very convenient walking around the city center, where there are so many businesses and banks. The staff was awesome and friendly. The hotel is located in the center of Arusha, opposite the bus station. The area is very busy, and traffic can be very congested during rush hour. As it is near the Central Market and bus terminal, noise can be a concern in the morning.

The facilities are not good. The elevator stops. There are power outages. It's lively and noisy at night. The staff is friendly and nice. The room is not bad. There is no hair dryer or razor. There is no shampoo. The worst thing is that they say I haven't paid when I check out. They don't check even though I paid online by credit card. They ask me for proof, which is annoying.

We just stayed for one night before our safari started. The hotel itself was fine. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It also has a nice little restaurant. One thing to be aware of is that the surrounding area is very busy, with a market, bus station, and a mosque very close. We ate breakfast on the balcony from where you can observe all the hustle and bustle of the bus station. Breakfast was good and waitress serving breakfast was friendly (unlike receptionist upon arrival). Porter helped to organise a taxi to the airport.

The hotel was in a prime location, very close to everything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped with all of our needs including booking a tour to visit the falls.
