This should be the best hotel in Arusha. The hotel environment is very good and the service is also good, but the food and beverage are just average.

Great hotel. Oasis on its own. Tried most restaurants, all are good. Gym and spa are great too. Worth spending time in the hotel itself, comparing to the city itself. Great hotel for recovery from Safari trips.

The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good

The food is also amazing!! Which is really not common at all inclusive resorts. A special thanks to Khadija from the reception who recognized us when we came back for the second time and even upgraded our room

We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again

We stayed in both Jumbo and Palace. We checked into the hotel at night, they gave us a room near the reception (the reception is more modest compared to Jumbo)

Central location, outstanding Gym. The rooms are ample and clean. For lunch there is only one restaurant open and they don’t allow you to choose from the Menu, the only option is to go for the buffet

However, there are clear downsides: communication was poor, and multiple requests to change the bedsheets went unfulfilled; eventually, I was told there were no clean sheets available

👍🏼Best place to stay in Kendwa area. Close to beach, safe sunbathing area, nice music, kind staff, comfortable rooms. 👎🏼But food portions are really small. BBQ party buffet needs impotivement.

I traveled alone after a safari and was looking for something authentic with a beachy atmosphere. I think I found it at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, especially Mukrim and Mariam

Hello, overall the hotel was enjoyable, and the location is excellent. The beach is one of the best, with no noticeable tides. However, the hotel staff stole a child’s shoes right before our eyes

The only thing I didn't like, but I think it's the same everywhere, was the constant pushy vendors. But I recommend this hotel for a truly authentic Zanzibar experience

Was also surprised that they don’t provide amenities such as disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, these are basic things that can literally be offered anywhere, if it’s not in their policy best just to add the 1$ to the reservation price or have it in the stores inside their compound instead of letting visitors wander outside the hotel looking to purchase these goods

The hotel had everything you need for a great beach experience: the restaurant, the menu, the beach service, the drinks, and the ambiance at sunset

An honourable mention to Sufiyan or Sufiyani I cannot remember his name properly but really great service at Bar & Grill restaurant. Hotel amenities were great with good food at both buffet restaurants

Generally the food and drink quality is very good and there are food and drink options with additional payment if you want something more than the base

The sea view is beautiful. Looking forward to next time.

Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+ There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside

Great hotel, complete facilities, good service, and the sea in front of the hotel is also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner package is very cost-effective, and there are three free restaurants to choose from

The hotel included two meals, and we stayed for three nights, so we went to a restaurant for dinner every night. The food was generally good, and the barbecue and pasta pizza were delicious

The Fisherman restaurant is very good. Only the waiting time for meals is a little bit long. Rooms are very nice and clean. I can recommend this hotel for everyone (also families with children)

The buffet restaurant which can be used for Breakfast, lunch and dinner is a large area with plenty of helpful staff and lots of choice when it comes to food, the also offer the Italian as a place to go for lunch

The beach was nice, but sometimes full of sea ****. time there was low tide and we were looking for sea animals like starfish, sea cucumber, snails,. The only negative were beach boys, very annoying

The resort makes a very good first impression – it’s large, beautifully maintained, with a spacious tropical garden and authentic African atmosphere

The entire staff are just wonderful. Food and drinks are great and the environment is very clean. The bar tenders are the best, The entertainment group were wonderful

A big plus for original Coca-Cola drinks and bottled beers – a small detail, but it really makes a difference. However, there are also some downsides. The hotel is very much focused on Italian guests

While the rooms have a nice local style, they definitely need some maintenance and repairs – in my case, the shower sprayed water onto the ceiling, and the bathroom door didn’t open freely

Beautiful hotel, welcoming and helpful team

We booked the partial sea view room and it was fabulous from all the little details inside to the private verandah outside, perfect for relaxing whilst reading a book or watching the boats go by on the sea

From the moment we stepped inside the reception to the time we checked out, we had the most memorable stay. The whole resort was beautifully presented, clean, luxurious and peaceful

The infinity pool was in pristine condition, the breakfast and dinner buffet had a great selection and the Jetty restaurant was convenient for lunch too

The service all round was exceptional, everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience

As a woman traveling by myself, I found great help when I needed it (got sick, lost my room key) very much in the reception staff, especially in Ali M. They very helpful, friendly and competent

I would highly recommend this resort and would go back in a heartbeat! The only thing that made me uncomfortable was Mohamed, the catering manager, he stands around watching others work and he doesn't help them, even sitting down for breakfast whilst others cleared the tables!

The spa is excellent value for money. Food is very good and plentiful and the staff can't do enough for you. There is a children's club but overall this is a very quiet resort without late night entertainment

The facilities are good, but some are a little dated, especially in the room. The idea of the artist in the loddy is excellent

My overall experience during my two week stay at the Ramada Hotel, Mbezi Beach, Dar Es Salaam was amazing!! From the moment you walk onto the premises, you are greeted by a welcoming & very professional,l organised security team

Once through the security checks Jacqueline, (front of house manager) & Freddy (relationship manager) or any of the other extremely competent & highly professional reception staff, are all on hand to look after your every need

However, this is not a five star hotel, it's a four star. Having stayed at some of the finest 5 star hotels the world over, the Ramada at Mbezi Beach, can run with any of the numerous hotels I've stayed at

Good hotel, a little bit far from the airport and out of town, but big pool and spacious rooms. All meals were delicious although obviusly on the expensive end.

Facilities like a gymnasium, garden with all of its exquisite landscaping, soft White sandy beach front, & sumptuous deep Blue Indian Ocean as the back drop, is truly a sight to behold

There is entertainment most of the night and twice a week there is massai dinner/entertainment

was nice having a celebratory cake and as much as you can eat ice cream. (which was ice cold 🤣 despite the heat) The fireworks which were key to the night were breathtaking and a good set up for safety

In all, was a good night with good entertainment (and the bubbly for sure ensured the tossing to the new year was done in style)

The buffet was quite extensive and we got to enjoy a fresh sea food corner and the kids loved this especially the octopus. But a sweet treat was at the dessert corner

It perfectly sits on the kiwengwa beach there is nothing better than that. The food the service the peaceful vibe of the whole resort is just addictive. I honestly didn’t felt like going back on my last day.
