nice and clean hotel
cozy and comfortable.

12.09.2025 Guest

The hotel failed to arrange check-in according to the reservation, and after unsuccessful negotiations, the guest was forced to stay in a remote, dilapidated, and small hotel.

This hotel is right next to the airport, so the location is unbeatable. The room was very clean and a decent size. Compared to other hotels in Zanzibar, it offers good value for money. The only downside is that it's quite far from Stone Town, about a 20-minute drive.

The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was excellent.

It was a great hotel. It was within a 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff were all friendly and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was also great.

The front desk provided a room that was already occupied. When we checked in at 23:00 late at night and opened the door, a middle-aged man was already sleeping on the bed. The man was frightened and very angry. Similarly, we were also very frightened and felt very embarrassed. For such a misunderstanding, the front desk only apologized to the man, but did not apologize to us.
After changing rooms, our twin bed room was changed to a double bed room. The hotel did not explain this. Because it was late at night, we gave up changing beds and rested.
There was a musty smell in the room, and a bottle of mineral water was empty, and it was not cleaned. There were many flies flying around in the restaurant during breakfast.
I am very dissatisfied with this accommodation experience.

A super welcoming hotel. With very professional staff. Everything was perfect, except that we no longer had hot water in the evening. We even met the president. Recommended..Leeci
