An amazing villa no doubt
The service is personalised and without a doubt amazing, esp Juma the manager was attentive and responsive over whatsapp.
The villa is big with lots of rooms and beds
The pool is private.
Location wise Paje needs an improvement as the beach is not the prestine white sand as there are seaweed everywhere but that's not the fault of the hotel.
The food here was super very nice high quality.
There is no gym onsite but runs along the beach are good.
There is a jetty when the tides out you can walk to a prestine island a few metres wide.

Very good hotel, I don't regret to chose it
It is located in first line, so you can swim in the ocean anytime
Personal are very friendly and polite, they could recommend so many local things and they could always help you with any problem
It have s good location, but i put 4 stars because it located quite not in the center, but take transport not a problem

My stay in the hotel was amazing! I was impressed by the people working there, everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never experienced such a good service! You can feel here the real zanzibar vibe, the place is beautiful decorated. I recommend also the massage here, it was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very pleasant villa to relax. Next to beach. Plenty of relaxing area to chill out including hammocks. Nice selection of meals. Villa offers tours around zanzibar. Kite surfing is popular along the beach.

We spent an unforgettable Christmas holiday at Villa Serenity, staying 6 nights in the beachfront private pool villa with my family. The experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The villa was stunning—spacious, clean, and just steps from the beach, with our own private pool that made the stay even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel at home. They were especially sweet and helpful with our 4 year old, which we truly appreciated.
The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and we especially loved the excursion options that allowed us to explore the area in a relaxed and fun way.

Love the location! Enjoyed paje. However because of a stupidly placed fountain in the middle of the Villa I broke my leg which made my trip a nightmare. I would only advise anyone to stay here if and when I have a guarantee that there is no fountain placed INSIDE the villa, Also was not able to get proper medical care and X-ray till 2 days after the injury

Fantastic location.
Amazing staff.
Owners and manager couldn't have been more helpful. everyone involved made our trip that much extra special.
I'll be returning to Zanzibar and the Villa Serenity will be the only place I'll be staying in Paje.
