The view from the floor-to-ceiling window is absolutely stunning! Sitting by the window, watching a show or just relaxing is incredibly therapeutic. The scenery, whether day or night, is beautiful. The staff are also very friendly, always greeting you politely when you come and go. However, the check-in process was really slow. And at night, the sounds from the road outside are crystal clear, which I guess is the downside of being on a higher floor.

Laundry service was quite slow, and I was charged double for an expedited service on my check-out day. Check-in was also a bit slow. However, the room was spacious and comfortable, the kids' club staff were lovely, and the spa experience was great. The views from the window and the pool were beautiful, and the location was convenient.

The central air conditioning in the room was so loud it kept me up at night. The soundproofing on the windows also struggled to block out the motorcycle noise from outside. Everything else was perfect, apart from the noise issues. The hotel provides mineral water for brushing teeth, and the garden view from the window is incredibly beautiful. The infinity pool is great for lounging, and on hot days, I just relaxed on a sun lounger, enjoying the city views. Breakfast was a highlight! The à la carte system was refreshing, and there were Thai specialty dishes to choose from, allowing me to try various Thai delicacies all at once. Fresh coconut water was unlimited, and the Thai milk tea was amazing, truly delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, connected to the adjacent Central Park for convenient one-stop shopping.

The room features a clean, minimalist decor with a fresh, airy ambiance, offering understated elegance and a calm retreat. The swimming pool enjoys direct morning sunlight for a refreshing early swim before noon arrives.

I got an upgrade to a premium room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also delicious, exceeding my expectations.

Great hotel. Luxurious decor and great view of the park from room. The only disappointment was the weak water pressure when showering at night (presumably because other guests were showering), the water temperature being too hot (could not really be adjusted) and the mattress which was too soft.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. I was on Level 36, and the view was amazing—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. It was also a special stay as my wife and I were celebrating our birthdays, which made it even more memorable.
The breakfast was super, super good—a must-try if you stay here. I’d also like to give a special mention to one of the male waiters who was very friendly and helpful, which made our dining experience even better.
Overall, everything was good, but one area that could be improved is the service. While it was acceptable, I didn’t quite feel that it matched the standard expected from a hotel of this level.
Still, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider coming back.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was very nice — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax.

However, the check-in experience could be improved. The front desk staff’s attitude was not very friendly, which affected the first impression.

Aside from that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the room quality definitely made up for it.

Excellent service with well designed and cozy rooms. Location is super convenient with shopping mall next door and MRT / Skytrain within walkable distance. Highly recommend and will definitely revisit!
