Trip.com provided an excellent transfer service. I'd like to commend the local transfer team; you just need to book in advance via email.
The hotel, though a bit old, has a charming, 'old money' vibe, and the service is excellent, including turndown service. You can easily get to ICONSIAM using their private shuttle boat.
The location is convenient, allowing you to reach various night markets within a few tens of minutes. The only downside is that the spa is a bit pricey; you might consider going to the nearby Let's Relax instead.
