The hotel is family oriented, 2 queen beds or 3 queen beds available. Breakfast is also included in all the packages, lots of options and fruits available; however more foodIndonesian or Indian choices, personally felt not enough western options. The service staff are all friendly and surprisingly the receptionists at the breakfast cafe basically remembered our family after 2 days. The only disappointment is at the room, cleaniness is only fair. The room service team always forgot to fill us with bottles of water almost everyday. There was one morning that our room was not even clean up until 3:00pm when we returned to our room, we have to remind concierge that the room was not tidy up. The empty glasses or empty bottles were not taken away on the tables everyday, we had to ask housekeeping to take them away while they brought us the bottles of water . The hotel is convenient, it is right next to Siam Kempinski Hotel and Siam Paragon for shoppig. The hotel offered free buggies from 10am-10pm to Siam Paragon, only 3 mins ride. The pool is excellent for families !

Conveniently located near Paragon with buggy service to the mall, which makes getting around very easy. However, the room amenities could be improved especially the hair dryer, which felt quite basic. The breakfast selection could be enhanced for a better overall experience.

Location: Central Bangkok, very close to the Erawan Shrine and Siam shopping district. The hotel offers a golf cart shuttle to Paragon.
Ambiance: There are two buildings in total. The interior facilities are very new. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with two sinks (convenient). There's no odor in the room.
Food: I think this is the best breakfast I've had at any hotel, both domestically and internationally, in recent years. All kinds of options are available. After you're seated, a server will take your drink order first. I recommend the Thai milk tea.
Other: Every afternoon, they deliver macarons and a small dessert. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. There's a doorman with glasses at the entrance who is especially nice.
I recommend this hotel, but be aware that there can be traffic in the city center. If you need a quiet environment, you might want to consider this carefully.

This was my second stay here, and this time I booked a family room which was much larger and more comfortable. However, there were two minor disappointments. Last year, the minibar had a variety of snacks, but this time it didn't. Also, I mentioned it was my birthday on the first day of my stay, hoping for a birthday treat, but unfortunately, there wasn't one. Other than that, everything else was excellent! Drinks were refilled promptly, and the staff were very warm and polite. The hotel's homemade Thai milk tea at breakfast was absolutely delicious! I also loved the chocolate sauce at breakfast, but it's a shame it's not available for purchase! In the morning, I left a note asking for elephants, and when I returned in the afternoon, oh my goodness, there was an incredibly adorable family of three elephants waiting for us! Huge thanks to the customer service team!

I stayed here last year when I came to Bangkok too. This time, I originally wanted to try a different hotel for a new experience, but after comparing, I still chose this one. The environment and service are both good. Seeing some familiar staff members made me feel a bit nostalgic.
The service, as always, was impeccable. When I left the hotel, I realized at the airport that I had left something behind. I contacted the hotel to ask them to send it to my hotel in Chiang Mai. As soon as I arrived at my Chiang Mai hotel, they informed me that the Bangkok hotel had already contacted them and told them about it. The service is still top-notch!

The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is warm and attentive, and the check-in experience was superb. The room was tidy and spacious, with complete and convenient facilities. The location is excellent, offering great value for money. Very satisfied. Loved it.

Great location with a convenient shuttle service. The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent! I bought a lot of groceries from the supermarket, and the shuttle driver delivered them directly to my room, which was super helpful. However, it wasn't clearly stated that there's a 1000฿ daily charge for an 8-year-old child.

Excellent! The hotel offered welcome treats like chocolates and coconut candies, which the kids absolutely loved. The service was top-notch, and the hygiene was impeccable (the bathroom was huge!). They even provided golf cart transfers to the nearby Paragon. The pool was massive and perfect for families with children. Breakfast was extensive, and you could even order Thai Tea. Overall, a perfect 100 out of 100 – highly recommended!
