Beautifully renovated hotel (2023).
On the beach and with a lovely pool.
The staff is extremely friendly.
The bungalows are great; we had a partial sea view. Bungalows located directly on the beach offer little privacy because other guests are on the beach in front of them.
Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, and people put towels on the beach.
Beach towels are available.
The food is delicious, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection. There's a fire show and live singer every evening.

Staff are lovely and professional, very friendly & helpful.

This is a really quiet location with a beautiful beach. Great breakfast with a quality variety of food and fresh fruit. Very clean and organized. Highly recommend the pool villas. Fantastic room and cleaning service.

The main pool is closed at the moment, (presumably for a couple of months as they’re currently re-building it). They kept this ‘on the quiet’, which we found rather disappointing upon arrival.. 😟

7/11, street food and a few local shops are 5 minutes walking distance, the rest you need a taxi for (200 baht and 5 minutes ride).

Hotel water park across the road - Really nice, clean place with life guards on duty but avoid the the orange & white slide on the right side unless you want friction burns / concussion 🤦‍♂️😂

Would stay here again, and definitely stay in a pool villa! 😄

I cannot complain about anything the room was the biggest most modern on all of my vacations on the beach. The colours and thoughtful design was a real treat and calming and soothing. Set amongs a very well kept designed garden was a treat to walk through each day
Breakfast was full on and changed each day. Coffee machines despensed excellent latte or shots or tea
Its a great beach and from end to end i did it in 45 mins unless i was destracted
There are other bars around if you need to change
Very quiet and blockout curtains in the room
A big aircon and it was efficent
There is a very nice bathroom and all things there including robes/toiletries/ and a huge bath

Location is great. The staff are amazing and very friendly., the only problem we had was that the main pool at the resort was under construction, which was a sore eyesight with the large walls around it and sound of the construction, but I cannot blame them because this is the low season and if any hotel needs to do the renovation, this is the time for it. To make up for it to have a very nice water waterpark across the street that belongs to them only and for their hotel guest only..
I will definitely go back and hopefully this time Construction is finished and will enjoy this place 100%

Stayed here for 3 nights when checking in we were told that there would be an additional charge for our sons bed even though when booking we had booked for 3 people, so I was a bit confused with this extra charge but we paid it regardless.
We got to our room one of the recently refurbished rooms, which was nice and modern looking with a big tv and a big bed but little room to put up our sons bed. unfortunately, there was ants in our room, but they were quick to rectify, so with that, we phoned up reception, explained the situation, and asked if we could see a pool villa. We took a look at the pool villa, which was great with a private pool with a 1.5 meter depth,dipping pool, and an outside shower. The room itself was lovely with original Thai style design with wooden floors and furniture. The only things that let the villa down were the hard mattress and the air con, which was rather loud and the TV had Netflix which was great for our son but the volume had been set to a maximum of 50 so with the noisy a/c made it impossible to watch anything without turning the a/c a minor thing I know but it was quite frustrating.
Breakfast was good a nice variety of everything really and there is something for everyone.
The food at the beach bar is also good and the staff were very lovely and friendly to all of us, especially our son.
All in all we had a good time and it's in a nice location.

Excellent location on the beach. Quiet area and not too touristy, but enough going on around to have a relaxing holiday. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even surprised us on one of our birthdays, despite us not even highlighting there was a birthday upcoming during our stay. Absolute attention to detail.

Really lovely hotel, right on the beach. It's quiet, great pool and excellent location on one of the best beaches in Koh Chang. A little distant from Kai Bay, and White Sands but only 10 minutes on a scooter or a cheap taxi ride away ( they are readily available) both of which will provide great restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast is outstanding, and the management of the hotel first rate along with really friendly and helpful staff. It was a pleasure to stay here.
