Best resort in Khao lak. Nway is so responsive and helpful she is the best person at Khao Lak ensuring the property runs smoothly.

A good resort with beautiful view and lot of space. As it's the corner most one, the beach almost feels like private . The rooms are pretty big with balcony. The also have different kind of stay options with cottages on beach aswell. The resturant was not opened when we visited. For food you have to walk till then centre which is 30mins away. They also do not provide free water.

Resort with the best location and sea view, on the beach!!! Very comfortable lounge and swimming pool chairs! Also a very good restaurant with very affordable prices and delicious Thai food!

Really liked the room’s view (attached pictures), room comfort and proximity to a beautiful beach. Room for improvement: the restaurant/ breakfast is quite lame (specially Cappuccino, they charged it as a proper one, but it’s Nescafe powder coffee with milk powder).

A clean and quiet place. You need a bike to go to the center but it's close to the pier so if you're going diving in the islands you'll be the last one to be picked up and the first one to reach your bed!

We can’t say enough to express how grateful we are to have found Baan Mek Lom. Everything was very clean. We loved the firm mattress and had very good sleep. The best part was the host/owner. No one tried to sell anything, but the minute we needed help, everything was taken care of. P.S. if you are traveling by car, you will have your own parking spot right in front of your cottage. 100% highly recommend...

Very clean, with a serene, lush environment. Each house had its own personal parking space, and we had a nice table we could eat at right outside the room. Not expensive and still good quality. The wifi was broken, though, without us being given any warning when we checked in. Its a bed room without breakfast... however right in the middle of the moo baan. Its perfect for a few days stay. Very carefree and friendly owner. I only met two cats - both sleeping in the lobby area. Shoes need to be taken off as soon as you walk in the building. Rooms were clean. Water pressure in the showers are a bit weak.

Nice located hotel clean and comfy but stay away if you are alergic of cat. The fact that you have to put your shoes off when you get in the hotel is a minus.

Great little bungalow, beds comfy, showers pressure had good pressure, nice little patio. Pool looked very clean (didn’t get around to using it unfortunately). Great stay at this resort. Very quiet and can enjoy your vacation peacfully. Could have informed us the room is getting booked by other people beforhand. We asked 1 day earlier and had to move out and search something else unfortuanetly. Over all great experience.

I was able to book 2 nights here on last minute. The room was comfortable and slept well. My shower did not work properly, but the staff fixed it, even at 9 pm. Nice location. Quiet. Say hello to the solitary snakehead fish that resides in the pond next to reception. :). I would stay here again. I looked the staff. Our 2nd stay at C-nior. Unlike the other review from today we never had any issues with the manager. Always helpful but sometimes he is a bit stressed out and distraught. Helped us get motorbikes and negotiate with the company when we had a small accident with one of the bikes and also arranged flawless transfer to/from the airport. The people that work there are incredible even by Thai standards. The pool is beautiful the grounds are immaculate.  Now the rooms are older. The hot water situation is a mystery.  The WiFi is hit or miss but that’s pretty much everywhere

The hotel is very relaxed with excellent staff. The rooms are built among the plam trees, large and very comfortable. Peaceful place Cozy cottage village in a peaceful area. Good pool areas. A rooster crowed in the mornings, which was charming in its own way. The breakfast buffet was adequate. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom smelled of sewage. The friendly dogs in the cottage village were a plus. I will stay here again if I return to the country. The lady running The Mouth was very warm, friendly and helpful. The room was ultra clean and breakfast tasty and as much as you could eat. My best stay in Thailand. Room was in the 4th floor which is a pain. But had all the ammenities, hot shower, good Wi-Fi and an amazing balcony. I really liked the hotel. It's cozy, quiet, and very clean, with lots of birds singing beautifully. The beach is gorgeous, and it's deserted. There aren't many sun loungers by the beach, but there are plenty for everyone, as the hotel's guests are mostly foreigners, and they lounge by the pool. We've already decided to return next year. We hope the pillows in the rooms will be better :)

Quite far from the beach, had to call Grab. Overall, the room was very beautiful (unfortunately forgot to take a photo). There was a small kitchen area for cooking, not very serious. It’s okay. However, the wifi does not reach the room, the service is only available until about 11am and they cannot book anything for you, the patio of your room only has teo plastic chairs that aren’t very comfortable and the shower is very very weak and old. All in all it’s not bad, but the resorts around it seem a bit better.

It is a relaxing place to stay, away from busy streets. You have to walk as the resort is slightly far from the beach. Breakfast is good, I like the pancake with banana and honey! I had a problem with the water in the bathroom, but they fixed it immediately! The bed is a bit hard, with only one pillow per bed. Free big drinking water!

Beautiful resort, and the staff were great! Definitely great value and would recommend for anyone visiting Khao Lak. Very relaxed vibe, and not overcrowded like some resorts in Thailand. Also really great massages by the beach (only 500THB per hour!). Next time I think I would book a deluxe room instead of a Bungalow.

Rooms are a mixed bag. Some in need of updating with leaky air con units, discoloured bath and bathroom floor, poor shower, BUT you don't spend much time in there. Other rooms look more modern so they may be better. Equally I didn't use the pool so can't comment Breakfast is buffet and only average... Fresh eggs to your choice, fruit, toast etc... Almost private beach - 3 hotels and couple of restaurants. Nice pool. Beautiful gardens. Good sized rooms. Traditional Thai. Lots of dark wood. Outdoor dining. I prefer a more modern hotel and brighter, lighter decor. That’s just a preference. Mostly male staff. Thai staff can’t do enough to help. Didn’t get this vibe here.

Good Hotel right in the middle of Khao Lak. The owner is very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the AC was not working in our room and the handyman were not able to fix it until our arrival, so she brought us into a nearby hotel and even paid for the breakfast. Very kind staff, and well priced. Defenetly recommend this place!

Koreeya was the best hostess in the world. She made everyone feel Like Home and gave us special offers for the tour. She has such a good heart. The rooms were perfectly clean. Everything was perfect!

Bad experience I choose the hotel because of the location, the room was okay, nothing special. During evening and night alot of noise from driving cars and motorbikes outside. I booked breakfast together with the stay and when i went down to get breakfast they told we had to go to another hotel to eat, they would send a car that would be there after 10 minutes, but after 30 minutes i choose to check...

The hotel is small. Empty. Detached houses, there is a swimming pool, which I have not tried. The sea is nearby, if through the garbage, 30 m.. The beach is excellent, large, sandy. They clean every day, but somehow stupidly, they take away glasses, then forget towels, then water. Nearby is a 7/11 store, right next to the back exit.. And tuk-tuks. 100 m away is the main street with restaurants, shops...

The room was spacious and clean. The owner was incredibly kind and lovely. We woke up late and missed breakfast, so we ordered food, but the owner ended up giving it to us for free! We ordered lunch around 12:30 PM because we overslept and missed breakfast, but the owner was so incredibly nice and sweet. (P.S. The rice porridge was delicious! Minced pork congee with egg.
