Good Hotel right in the middle of Khao Lak. The owner is very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the AC was not working in our room and the handyman were not able to fix it until our arrival, so she brought us into a nearby hotel and even paid for the breakfast. Very kind staff, and well priced. Defenetly recommend this place!

I enjoyed my stay here when I came to work in Khao lak for a week, the manager of the hotel was really kind and helpful

Everything was great, very nice and friendly staff, except that we had a lot of ants in our room so we had to throw away a lot of stuff we had.

We stayed 4 nights here, and were very disappointed by the service. Our room was not cleaned during our whole stay, my partner had to take our bin out! And we had to buy our own toilet paper and water. The room is half the size that is stated in the description, there is no space for your luggage. The bed is bigger than the mattress, the wooden ledge is sharp, both my partner and I cut our leg and foot getting out the bed! It is also next to a loud bar, and the windows don’t close fully so is loud at night. Location is near a few restaurants but they open late/ close early. The main area is 35min walk.

Koreeya was the best hostess in the world. She made everyone feel Like Home and gave us special offers for the tour. She has such a good heart. The rooms were perfectly clean. Everything was perfect!

Very wonderful visit! I stayed 12 days and during my visit I got very sweet and warm customer service. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. They helped me whenever I needed it. My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very nice and fixed the issue quickly, I got new room for rest of my visit. I also got wonderful taxi service from the hotel to Phuket airport. Highly recommend!
