Casacool Hotel Khoalak in Khao Lak

We came for 5 days and stayed here for almost 1 month as we loved the area and Ms. Kai so much! Ms. Kai and her staff are so gracious, kind, and their hospitality leaves a warm, lasting impression.

The room was very comfortable. The large balcony was wonderful for relaxing in the evenings and having coffee in the early mornings. The room came with a fridge, strong wifi, great water pressure/ consistent hot water, a hair dryer, loads of hangers and space to store belongings… laundry can be done on site (free) and when you’re traveling, this was so helpful as it was one less thing to have to think about!

Breakfast was simply amazing. Really you couldn’t ask for more variety- from pastries, toast & eggs, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit - it was a wonderful way to start the day.

The location is perfect! While you’re central to the restaurants and market, it’s very quiet and you don’t hear any noise. The closest beach is a 5-8 min walk away.

Ms. Kai is full of recommendations for the area and any question or assistance you may need, she readily helps you sort out. Additionally, she is so kind and will even drop off/ pick up at the surrounding beaches for you if needed!

Her staff is so kind and they are always smiling and laughing. In the end, you feel like part of their family, not just a guest. ❤️

We look forward to our next visit and would recommend CasaCool Hotel to those who are traveling to Khao Lak.

We stayed at Casacool Hotel for 6 nights and everything was perfect.
The staff is really nice they even offered to wash and dry our laundry free of charge.
The location couldn't be better, it's next to the night market and the main street. It's also 10 minute walk to the beach.
The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day.
The breakfast is very delicious with fresh fruit and eggs of choice.
Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed staying at Casacool Hotel. Wish we could stay longer. ❤️

What a fantastic place.
We stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer but it was fully booked after 22nd December.
Breakfast was amazing. The room pictures are accurate, in fact they don't really show just how good the rooms are.
It's quiet, yet near the night market. The staff are super friendly, always offering to take guests to different beaches as part of their service.
Also there is free laundry for guests.
As Kai the lady that runs the place said. " We take our guests to places because they came a long way, so taking them a little further to different beaches to enjoy is what we do"
Such a wonderful hotel, staff, breakfast and service..
Definitely one hotel I regret not being able to stay longer at.

Staff works very hard to make you feel at home, and is very accommodating. Kai is a lovely lady you could talk everything about, even given me rides around town.

I was given a room on the last floor, which I found great, because there was not much foot traffic and neighbouring rooms. The balcony is very large. They're good amenities inside the room like a big fridge. Room was colourful in a vibrant teal shade which I found perfect for relaxing after the whole day. Beds are comfy and it's super clean.
I had a good sleep here.

The place is hidden in a corner full of cute colourful houses not far away from all the attractions, but shielded from the noise, you wake up to the sound of nature.

Breakfast was yummy, and very generous with a lot of fresh fruit.

Totally recommending staying here!

My best stay in Thailand. Room was in the 4th floor which is a pain. But had all the ammenities, hot shower, good Wi-Fi and an amazing balcony. The lady from the staff was among the best I caught as well. Definitely would return when I come back to Khao Lak. Location is also prime. Right in the center without all the noise. Above average breakfast on the variety, but good quality in general
