The environment is very comfortable, and the location is great. It's in the best spot within the ancient city.

The hotel is a bit older, but its prime location in the heart of the city more than makes up for it. You can step right out at night and explore the Old City night market. The breakfast selection is quite extensive, and some of the staff even speak Chinese.
It's within walking distance to Tha Phae Gate where you can feed pigeons. There's a Thai massage parlor every few steps and delicious food stalls just as frequently. It's especially perfect for families with kids and elderly folks, as getting anywhere is incredibly convenient.

Very unique design and deco with arts and local culture. Excellent location. All the major attractions are within a short walking distance. We had a great stay.

Exceeded my expectations! Great location, and I even got a suite upgrade. The staff were all super welcoming. It's truly the most authentically local hotel. Five-star experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions, and the famous Sunday Night Market was right at th doorstep. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are quite convenient, with both a pool and a gym available. Hygiene: It's cleaned quite well. If you tip a little, they'll give you an extra key card to ensure the air conditioning stays on. Environment: The environment has a distinct Thai character.

It's a typical 'small yet beautiful' boutique hotel, with a picturesque setting. The whole place is so clean and tidy, making you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. The biggest surprise was that all the mini-bar items in the room are complimentary, and there's a lovely afternoon tea to enjoy, which was delightful. The front desk staff even speak Chinese, so there were no communication barriers at all, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Everything was absolutely perfect, and next time I'm in Chiang Mai, this will definitely be my top choice! 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wat Phra Singh, and the Sunday Night Market is also right outside...
The hotel environment is beautifully designed; you could just stay in and enjoy it, truly feeling like a resort. In the morning, with the sunlight streaming in, it's perfect for photos.
The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea to all guests, so don't pay extra for an 'afternoon tea package' when booking.
I suggest the swimming pool gets more management in the future. One day I passed by and saw someone washing shoes with their child in it. There should be a sign indicating that shoes are not allowed in the pool, to warn inconsiderate people.
