The hotel is beautiful, but the facilities are terrible. It's really poor value for money. A room costing over 2,000 RMB with these kinds of amenities is just ridiculous!

1. Facilities: The room facilities are quite old.

2. The common areas are very nice.

3. When I checked in, there were mostly Europeans and Americans, and relatively few overseas Chinese. I noticed some discrimination; when the cleaning was done the next day, I saw that almost all other rooms had welcome fruit, and it was the same room type. I didn't receive any.

4. The rooms on the first floor generally had a musty smell.

An absolutely fantastic resort in Chiang Mai! Besides the swimming pool, they also have a library with tons of books and beverages. It's wonderful.

Highly recommended! Lovely stay and time really stand still when you stay here, it's so peaceful and quiet that I can do my yoga and meditation all day long. The staff were wonderful and helpful, breakfast was more than enough for us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is my first review since using Ctrip, and also the first negative review I've given in years of hotel stays. I only felt compelled to share my honest experience after returning home. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the overall design of the public areas, suitable for taking photos during a short stay. Everything else was extremely disappointing.

Cleanliness: We stayed in a room on the second floor. Upon entering, the room felt incredibly damp. The bedding and towels were also noticeably damp. Even more unbearable was the large number of ants and other small insects crawling around on the sink. I didn't take any photos because it was too disgusting. I've never encountered this problem, even in luxury hotels like the Capella in Bali. It's clear the hotel's disinfection and hygiene practices are inadequate. After two nights in this room, my eczema flared up again after returning to Shanghai.

Facilities: The air conditioning in the room was very old and lacked a fresh air function, resulting in poor air quality. When we checked out on October 9th, the hot water was broken in the morning, making it impossible to shower, and the hotel offered no explanation.

Service: We ate breakfast at the hotel for both days. On October 9th, we went for breakfast around 9 am. After finishing our first course, we waited almost half an hour for our second course, rice noodles. During this time, the waiter didn't enter the restaurant but remained at the entrance. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer and asked how much longer we would have to wait. The waiter panicked and went to ask the kitchen, unsure if they had forgotten to order or if the kitchen had forgotten to prepare it. Anyway, after asking, they quickly brought out two bowls of rice noodles. However, my husband's smoked salmon was never served, even after we finished eating and left. The waiter offered no apology whatsoever.

Oh, and by the way, this hotel doesn't provide combs; please bring your own.

Located in the quiet backstreet even in the middle of old town square. The architecture is traditional local villa style, nice layout in the backyard with tropical greens, the atmosphere is simply decorated with good old days crafts.
Local staff are sincere and empathetic which is Thai people’s excellent quality.
A perfect hideaway for a relaxing break while experiencing the culture of Chiang Mai.

It’s super nice boutique hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Superb breakfast. You can get true quality time for resting and relaxing. One thing to complain is that their service people has limited English capability. Sometimes they don’t get what you request for them.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Great little boutique that made our stay really pleasant. They helped us arrange our tours and with taxi service. The breakfast has always been nice, and they prepare a box for us if we ask. I’m grateful for such nice accommodations. Enjoyed our short stay here that we even added another night.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. And have nothing to complain about.
Cleaning was every day, breakfasts were “same same” but good)
It may be noisy as there is a road nearby.
Kindergarten starts around 8. For those who like to sleep longer it may be a minus, because kids are loud )

Extremely noisy, poor cleanlyness and hardest bed ever. Had booked and pre paid for 3 nighys and checked after the first one, to move to another hotel. The staff is friendly, i must say the only positive thing i can tell.

Very friendly staff that speak English very well. Rooms are clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as you're ok walking a few flights of stairs.
