I stayed in The Chiang Mai Riversid Hotel from 30 Nov to 03 Dec 2025 the hotel is Great Thai Hotel, Highly complementing the staff at this hotel, they are welcoming, sincere, formative, attractive and attentive and helpful. They beyond excellent, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They took great care of us throughout our visit. The service made our experience feel warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, a lot of food and good variety. Room was great and fantastic. The bed was firm, and the pillows were relatively comfortable. The only comment is that the bathroom was dark and the shower area too small, recommend to install rain fall shower instead of normal shower. If I get the chance to go back to Chiang Mai, I would 100% stay at this hotel again. Well done, team, keep up the good work.

If you are looking for cozy boutique hotel, this is one for you. Their service are very good especially front deck ms cartoon and ms day. I book direct with the hotel so I got daily laundry ( few pcs) for free, daily breakfast and mini bar all included.
Parking is not an issue if you drive. Near by here has got a night market which is only 10mins drive. And lot of nice cafe near by.
When I check out, I have requested pack away coffee which is very warm service from the team.

This hotel is suitable for families. The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and the view is beautiful. We were quite satisfied with all aspects. However, it's best to have your own car if you stay here. We drove from Bangkok, and having a car made getting around very convenient. Without a car, the location might be a bit remote, and you'd need to call a taxi to get around. Breakfast is ordered the day before, not a buffet. Overall, we were very satisfied.

This place is AMAZING! We spent 3 nights there and really enjoyed everything. The room was spacious and clean, the swimming pool was nice with a kids area, and the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was amazing too, you pre-order everything the evening before and they make it ready the next morning for you (pancakes, noodles, pastas,…). We also ate there at lunch and the food was delicious. The service is excellent too ! A real 5 stars hotel where you feel very appreciated as a guest. Thank you !

Our 3-night stay at The Chiangmai Riverside Hotel was a truly memorable experience.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite (Vorra Kamol) which is nicely decorated and fully equipped. Staff were very attentive to all our requests. Breakfast was very good with variety of menu. The location is also great, only 10 minutes drive to airport and to city centre. Will definitely come back.

The staff and restaurant at this boutique hotel are all top notch - very worthy of our five star ratings. Could have downgraded to four stars for location, not related to the grounds and the direct riverfront offering serene views, but it is a short drive to the old town. The hotel offers car transport to old town and back which more than made up for the location being outside of the old town, hence the five stars all around. We were also so very lucky to have been here for Loy Krathong because the hotel put on a wonderful dinner with awesome food and a beautiful cultural experience for us. Overall - Fantastic. Thanks to all of the staff here making our first few days in Thailand so great. Erin and Norm

Stayed in this room for one night as an upgrade for my birthday. Online the room looks a lot nicer than it really is. A lot of cosmetic defects that could really be fixed if some time and care was taken. Curtains were very very dirty, walls had stains on them and visible dust etc. Was a little taken aback considering the price point. The free buffet breakfast was very good, service was very good, location isn't the best. Def far from the city but perfect if not going anywhere.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was served to my room and was delicious. I could order more. There were welcome drinks and cute snacks. My kids loved them.
