The hotel facilities are decent, but they're split into two tiers: newly renovated and older. The new rooms are good, but many fixtures in the older section are broken. The breakfast buffet is just okay, and the hotel service is acceptable.

The room was quite clean, and since it didn't face the main road, it was also pretty quiet. The entire building is huge, and I stayed in Block C, which felt a bit dated in terms of facilities, but everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety, including omelets, which I was quite happy with.

when we first arrive to the hotel room me and my siblings saw a big crack on the toilet glass and we inform the staff about it and yes we get to change to a ‘better’ room but the next 2 days we got a call from the receptionist saying that the boss wanted to talk to us about broken/cracked glass . just to cut the story short we were blamed and said it was our fault because apparently before we entered the room the hotel cleaner said that there wasnt a crack …

The soundproofing is really bad; I could clearly hear the person next door brushing their teeth. There's no service to speak of, especially at the front desk. Not even a smile, just a grim face and slow operation. In short, I won't be choosing this hotel again.

This time, I was assigned a room in the innermost building. After checking in at the front desk, it was quite a long walk to get there. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely poor, and I couldn't even directly call the front desk from the room phone to ask about it. There were no instructions for calling the front desk or details about Wi-Fi in the room. It was quite noisy outside the room, even late at night, as many people were staying over Christmas and New Year's. The soundproofing isn't great. I hope these issues can be improved in the future.

Fantastic gym, pool, great room service and food. A little far from downtown area but there is an MRT station 1 minute away. Good restaurants, facilities in surrounding area.

Staying here for business trips has boosted my productivity. The room has a large desk and a comfortable chair, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – video calls run perfectly without any lag. Plus, it's right next to the office building, so if I don't feel like going out for lunch, I can just order delivery straight to my door. Super convenient!

This hotel is terrible. The online photos of the lobby are completely misleading; it's more like a budget chain hotel. The sink was dirty, the desk was just a basic study table, and the window offered no soundproofing. It was a large curved window, so all I heard was motorcycle noise at night, and it couldn't even be opened. My room was actually connected to another room by two doors. I could hear every word spoken next door, clear as day. You could literally walk through if both doors were opened. This is a solid one-star review. It's not nearly as good as the nearby Gemini Towers Emerald at the same price point.

Highly recommend for travelers who visit Bangkok. The hotel located near by MRT wish is very convenient. All staff are friendly and polite.
