Nice hotel.
They have plenty of rooms and ballrooms, but they’re not ready to handle big events back-to-back. We attended a large event with more than a thousand people, and suddenly the check-in process became a nightmare.
The location is far from anything, but the custom halal breakfast for us was delicious.
The gala dinner stood out — both the service and the food were excellent.

Acceptional Service
Friendly and helpful staff. Always putting up a smile and greet us making us feel so welcomed. The location was so convenient from BTS the red line. The gym is fully equipped and specious. We have a great stay here every time we came to Bangkok. The experience is always consistently excellent.

Their ability to accommodate our large group the day before New Year’s was great! Great breakfast selections, clean room, nice staff and housekeepers, and great service. A special thank you to Meili for making our stay better than average! Well recommended resort!

We loved this place, though it's a bit little far from the shopping area. Grab app, really helped, we can go places with a minimal cost (cheap) and can reach our destinations really fast than riding the train. The hotel is huge and their breakfast is nice.

Great hotel overall. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaner. There was mold in the shower.

The staff were polite, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient and easy to access, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The overall service was impressive and made my short stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This was a nice little place to stay. Super close to the airport, but far from a lot of tourists attractions. I was also reading that they have a spa and a shuttle, a gym and a pool there. However, I never saw a spa, and when I asked about a shuttle, they didn't have anything.
I also asked about restaurants and a pool bar mention on the site. But there was only 2 restaurants and no pool bar.
This hotel was good, however I found it dated and they definitely need to update their websites so that people know exactly what is offered on site because it is sp far from everything else.
One thing that definitely shined through was everyone hospitality. I have a dietary restriction and breakfast was included in my stay, the chef personally made sure that the meal he provided for me was up to my liking. He also prepared enough food that kept me full until dinner time. Other than that everyone was super nice and helpful.

I stayed at Rama Gardens Bangkok Hotel for just one night before my exam in the city, and it turned out to be such a relaxing choice. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a quiet night of rest. What I really loved was the breakfast the next morning – so many delicious options, fresh fruit, pastries, and local dishes that made me feel spoiled before a busy day.
Even though my stay was short, the atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful, which made everything easy for me.
