The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, the quality of the pillows are excellent, the buffet and restaurant is all-night until midnight, the variety is delicious, the quality is top-notch, the pool is spacious, the spa is sauna, the steam room is a great option and it's very close to the Don Mueang International Airport.

The hotel location is great, very close to airport and friendly staffs. The breakfast also good with several foods options. But the rooms are not sound proof and especially you hear loud noise when people close the door. Overall, a great stay for 2 nights before departure.

This was my husband's first time in Thailand. There was hair in our room, the room wasn't soundproof, and the room next door was drinking alcohol and being noisy, so we had to call staff to deal with it. We received no apology or any attention given. It left a very negative impression on our first trip to Thailand. However, the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly.

The room was quite spacious, with a 1.9m bed and an extra bed, accommodating all four of us. However, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy; even on the lowest fan speed, it was still very loud. If set to automatic, the startup noise was so startling it woke me up. On the plus side, it's very close to Don Mueang Airport, about a 15-minute taxi ride.

The room itself was definitely not what I needed – it was really old, run-down, and the facilities inside were quite poor. There were even stains and hair on the mattress. I feel like the cleaning was severely lacking. This is the first three-star review I've given in years, mainly because the price didn't match the quality of the facilities at all.
